  • Great Prodcuct
Works great. I make several kinds of antennas and this has proven to be a great investment. Easy to use after you look it up on Youtube. It is put out by Anysecu so don't count on getting the calibration package or any kind of instructions with it. You will have to order the calibration package and research how to use it. My experiences with Anysecu and their customer service has been useless. ... show more

  • Broken after 3 months
Worked okay for three months then stopped. No warranty, no assistance from seller. Unit powers up but readings are completely inaccurate. Calibration doesn't help. Not worth the money at this point.

  • Surprisingly accurate, oscillator very stable.
For a compact Impedance Analyzer, measurement accuracy compared with "professional grade" instruments through 1300Mhz. I use this, and Analyzers like it for designing, building, and confirming the finished antenna (system). Good also for analysis of circuits. The Oscillator output, after 20 min. on time, is stable to 5*10-8Hz (15Hz at 2700Mhz), Frequency accuracy is within specs. It can be used as a signal source for some types of testing. Excellent value. ... show more

  • Nicely done! very useful and handy for carrying than a bulky $4000.0 VNA!
Does not take the place of a $4k VNA but easier to take around and test on the go. Ought to be in every RF engineer tool kit.

  • Easy to use for tuning antenna designs
Bought the unit after reading various reviews on the web. For the price it seemed to offer good accuracy when compared to lab equipment class units that cost thousands of dollars. I had SMA cables both 'normal' and RP and the gear to make them as needed. Important to have since the unit comes with no cables (other that for charging). Also no manual included, but fortunately they can be found online and there's also videos to refer to. The display is pretty good quality and easy enough to navigate. Would be nice if it had a keypad, but it is still usable without. Overall I'm very pleased with the performance and it can scan across many hundreds of megahertz is just seconds. Highly recommended if you are working with custom antennas, either HAM or ISM band transceivers. I had some so called (ebay junk) 915MHz antennas that performed poorly. Turns out that they are actually UHF antennas being deceptively sold as 915MHz units. The VNA immediately showed up their resonance point as per the attached picture. Put together a prototype Moxon antenna and then trimmed a little of the wires to bring them to resonance at the nominal 908MHz I'm using. See picture. The VNA also makes it easy to measure the impact of dielectric material in close proximity/contact with the antenna element and to adjust the antenna dimensions to compensate. ... show more

  • A very poorly made product...
The minute I unboxed this device I could not help but notice that the rotary switch had broken from poorly soldered connections. Virtually no written instructions. The multi-colored LED's were not from different gases in the semiconductors, but rather the colors were made possible by placing thin colored film in front of each light segment. The film moves about and gets caught sideways if your not careful. I never got to use the antenna analyzer because I could not get it into the proper mode because of the broken rotary switch. All-in-all, a very cheap and poorly made device. Not a recommended buy! ... show more

  • Super easy to use and great value
This is a real game changer for me. The easy to use, color screen had me testing antennas right away. You can set a range and see where the SWR curve falls, and then adjust the frequency pointer as you adjust your antenna. Super easy and a great addition to the shack. I'm getting the HF version next. ... show more

  • Great Tool
I love how this gives you the power output of the radio with each specific antenna, as well as an accurate SWR reading. I used this to test everything from my mobile antenna, and adjust it to an SWR of 1.1, as-well-as testing different HT antennas w/ different radios to get the best matched set.
