BEST CHOICE!!! I literally tried 3 other types/sizes before finding this one! It is perfect! I tried a 1 person size, but felt like I was going to flip out of it. I love how this one can come up around me, or keep it lower, or even wrap over me like a blanket to keep mosquitos away! It is soft material with bright colors. I feel incredibly supported and don't fear having it break or that I'll fall out....even when I'm moving around and readjusting how I'm sitting/laying. I sit/lay in every direction you can imagine and works wonderfully! Now my son wants his own, even though we can both sit in this one together. He's 140lb and I'm 180! DO IT NOW!!! ORDER IT!!!! Worth every penny!

really like this hammock! If you enjoy hammocks, this is a great option. It is strong, comfortable, and very easy to set up. I always take it with me when we go camping, and I also use it in my backyard at home. One thing I really appreciate is that when it gets wet, it dries quickly. I'm very happy with this--it is a great size, and very comfortable. The fabric feels good to lie on. Easy to set up. It comes with a very nice carrying bag which matches the fabric in the hammock--which will be great to repurpose as a stylish shoulder bag. It arrived quickly. Just two "issues": 1) I was surprised to find it shouldn't be left outside in rain--it's an outdoor hammock, after all. (From the instructions: "Do NOT leave your hammock outdoors in the rain or expose it to direct sunlight. The fabric will deteriorate and the coulours may run.") There's no way I'm bringing it in every night! For an outdoor hammock, it seems it should be more weather-durable. I have it hanging in the shade, so sunlight isn't an issue. 2) The instructions for hanging it from a tree were a bit unclear. Specifically: "Wrap the strap around the tree, pass the end of the strap through the metal ring, then rotate it one or two turns and pull it tightly." Not sure what "rotate it" means here--rotating the strap (twisting it) did nothing useful. I ended up wrapping the strap more times through the ring--not sure if that was what was intended. Not like brain surgery to install it, but if that were clearer it would have been helpful. Otherwise, the instructions were very clear and concise, including different methods to hang it (with posts, beams, walls). Overall, I think the quality for the price (aside from the outdoor worthiness of it) is very good.

This hammock fit my 10 year-old plus IKEA hammock stand. It looks like it would be too small, but it’s not, its snug when used on the stand. The fabric is a thick cotton. I don’t know if it’s waterproof. It is a fabric that you will have to bring inside when you’re not using the hammock if you want it to stay nice. The last one I had was canvas and could remain outside. I am pleased with this purchase. I also added spreaders to keep the hammock wide open. The tree straps, which I have never used, are like seatbelts. The fabric is thick and nylon. The carabiners are heavy duty, not cheap. This was the most important part for me, and I am pleased. Since I will bring this hammock in so that it stays nice I also like the storage bag.

This is a great hammock. We used it all last season (blue/white stripe) There was some (possibly mold?) spots on the white stripes when we took it out this year (stored in shed), so I ordered a different one (different brand), returned it because too big for stand, then ordered this brand again but in the blue/green stripes (so no white this time that can stain) and returned that as well because the material was weird and too stretchy, dropping me to ground. It may have been a defect. So I came back to the same blue/white striped hammock to order it again since I had luck with it the first time. It just arrived. Perfect like the first one. Not the same stretchy terry cloth line material like the previous one. This one is more of a soft canvas. Comfortable but supportive. We will just do a better job storing it, as there were no stains on the old one when we put it away (I guess because even though it got rained on, it dried completely in the sun, but I guess there was moisture and no sunlight in the shed all winter)
