We bought this vanity for our daughter and thought it would be a great purchase. When putting it together it was missing screws and 4 drawer hinges. When we realized many pieces were messing I messaged the seller and I was told it would take 2-3 weeks to get the pieces we need. We ended up going out and purchases the drawer hinges and screws ourselves as our daughter was excited for her vanity and did not want to wait two to three weeks. We can’t blame her! After we got the vanity together we realized the knobs are poor quality so eventually we plan on buying better knobs. After just a couple days of putting the vanity together and my daughter was using it, the stool completely broke which came with it. That was the last straw for me. I reached out to customer service requested a refund for at least the stool that broke. We ended up having to go out and purchasing a better quality vanity chair. We end up spending more money when we shouldn’t have had to do. I was told that I would get my refund within 10 business days and I still have not received my refund. When reaching out to the seller again, they told me that there was nothing more that they could do and that I needed to reach out to Amazon. I do not recommend buying this item, it is poor quality.
