Overall this is a very comfortable pillow with enough support to both head and shoulder. This pillow appears to have a relatively deeper "valley" in the middle section of it which kind of helping you better position your head, if you are a back-sleeper. For people typically sleeping on the side, this may not be for you.

A great pillow is very important to me because I have struggled with neck pain for decades. When I rested my head on this pillow, my tense neck muscles immediately relaxed. The memory foam cradled my neck, providing a balance of support and comfort. It’s like a hug for my neck. Love this pillow! This pillow replaced one that I loved but my husband "borrowed" and kept. A tip... if you travel, get a colorful pillowcase. I bring this pillow with me & it stands out from the hotel's white bedding when it's time to go home.

Have been sleeping soundly on a previous version of this pillow for a year, totally amazed at what this redesign offers! This perfect shape of carved foam works to support your shoulders, neck and skull, as before. The (orderless) memory foam is now extra firm (but giving) throughout, conforming to and supporting your exact anatomy whichever way you sleep. Without custom support blocks and with carve outs for arms (stomach sleepers) on both sides, any Body can use this one design pillow (not mine and yours). I've slept on it for 3 nights now and have awoken each morning with an incredible sense of neck alignment that goes from my skull all the way to between my shoulder blades! It makes me hold my head higher and straighter from the time I wake up, while providing undisturbed sleep all night long. I recommend a 'satin' type pillowcase for any movement and nestling you may do through the night. (And for anyone confused or hesitant about the weirdly shaped cover this pillow comes with that adds a breathing layer between you and the foam, it is super easy to remove, wash, and reinsert the foam into all the nooks and crannies of the cover.) If you have a previous version of this pillow - try this one! If you've tried other 'neck pillows' and aren't happy, I don't think it can get any better than this design.

We love this brand of pillows and are amazed by the company and their customer service. They are awesome with giving promotions to their customers and truly stand by their products. This was a newer version of my husband’s regular pillow and even though he loved the older version, he is even happier with this new one. He’s 6’3”, 260 lbs for reference and this pillow fits him perfectly and supports his neck perfectly, which really helps him with his CPAP mask. I've tried a few cervical support memory foam pillows recently, and this is the one that works for me. The cervical support is not as steep as the others, and there are subtle mounds in the design that keep my head in place. My only complaint is that it gets a little warm, but that's the case for all of these kinds of pillows I've tried. The quality of the materials seems to be top notch as is the attention to detail. Pillows are a personal matter, but this one is worth a try.

I've been waking up with bad neck pain for years before I bought Anvo pillows, but these pillows have made 90% of the pain go away. This new design is as good as the old one, but I think the old one was a little more comfortable, more plush. This one feels a little harder to me. Still pain-free though and great neck support.
