This is hands down the best flour for bread. We buy this regularly because it is perfect. My husband can even eat it, and he has a gluten intolerance. Now granted he cannot over consume, but he can eat bread and pancakes made with this on a limited basis, which is better than him not being able to eat regular flour. ... show more
