I recently got the Anti-Slip Kayak Seat Cushion, and it has made a noticeable difference during my kayaking trips. One of the standout features of this seat cushion is its comfort. Whether I’m fishing or just paddling around, my back and bottom feel significantly less strained than with my old kayak seat. The anti-slip cover is another major plus. It stays firmly in place, even during vigorous paddling, which was a pleasant surprise. The non-slip quality means I’m not constantly adjusting the cushion, allowing me to focus more on enjoying my time on the water. The texture of the cover also adds an extra layer of grip, ensuring I feel stable and secure. Another commendable aspect is its waterproof feature. Being on the water inevitably means things get wet, but this cushion handles it effortlessly. Water beads off, and the cushion dries quickly, which is fantastic for maintaining comfort and hygiene. Nice kayak cushion for "Sit-In" & "Sit-On" kayaks. We have 2 of the "Sit-In" type of kayaks and they have a floating seat, but even that hurts my rear end after a while. This cushion has alleviated that pain for me and my wife! I have one and this one was for my wife. Overall, we are very happy with its performance, its durability and how quickly it dries after getting wet. It is definitely worth trying, especially if you are having to make your kayak time shorter and shorter. My Rating System 5-Stars - A Superior Product or Above Average & An Excellent Value - I would recommend. 4-Stars - Above Average OR Excellent Value – A great choice. 3-Stars - Average – What one might generally expect. 2-Stars - Below Average Product OR Poor Quality Control – Maybe seek an alternative. 1-Stars - Avoid if at all possible.

The weather has not warmed up enough to get out in our kayaks yet but I have done a water test in my sink and the pad sheds water and dries out fairly quickly. I have plugs in the drain hole of my sit on kayak so unless I tip or just off to swim I don't see it getting overly wet on a paddle. If it does for some reason get wet it does a nice job of not holding water and drying fairly quick. I have a 10ft lifetime kayak and it fits nicely in the molded seat area. I also put it on an unpadded wood chair at my kitchen table to test it out for comfort and it does a nice job taking the pressure points away and forming to my rear. For the price I feel this was a good order and will update if I take it on a paddle and my opinion changes. For now I recommend for added comfort with a small price tag.

Haven't tried it in the kayak yet, but it's GREAT at baseball games! Also nice to have something dry to sit on if it's rained and the bleachers are still wet. It's a big improvement over the .5" foam seat cushion I was using.

I'm a member of the No Butt Wonder Club. Even the wooden dining chairs in my house have pads because sitting on hard surfaces becomes unpleasant quickly. When I was gifted a kayak for my birthday a couple of years back, I knew the hard plastic seat might be a problem so I bought a stadium seat. It helped some but not really enough to stave off a sore bottom after a trip around the lake. I also tried an air-cushion camping pad but at a 1/2-inch thick, it didn't eliminate my problem. Plus, it was too lightweight to stay put when I shifted some during my trip. I was hopeful that this pad would help but skeptical, given my two disappointments. I am so happy to report that my fears were unfounded. I was comfortable the whole time and the pad stayed put! What a find! I'd recommend this cushion to anyone, but particularly to fellow members of the No Butt Wonder Club.
