These seat cushions are decent. They provide plenty of cushion. They take about 2 seconds to install. The only thing I wish was different, is that one side of the seat should not have the non slip rubber, the side you sit on. It's annoying on the skin. It's a little too sticky and makes adjust your position a little unpleasant. Sometimes you need to shimmy to turn around to look at stuff. Maybe that's just me.

Tried both pad during a 5.5 hour kayak trip in 2 different kayaks. The first kayak had a plastic molded seat with no padding. For that kayak, the pad was a welcomed addition and definately helped with comfort during the trip. While we did stop during this trip, there were several streches where we floated for an extended amount of time and this helped. The 2nd kayak had a seat that had some padding. This pad gave additional padding to that seat and also helped with comfort. The pads stayed in place with little movement and both did end up getting wet but it didn't soak it the pad.

I fish from my kayak and this is a good improvement over the hard seat. It is anti slip, with a silicone type pattern that just works. Water doesn't bother it and the cushion comfort is basic. It does improve my comfort level while on the water to an extent. The only thing I'm not crazy about is the black color, as it gets hot if left in the sun for any period of time. Otherwise its a good cushion.

The Anti Slip Kayak Seat Cushion is a waterproof seat pad especially suitable for kayaks, canoes, and boats. It changes what would have been a very hard seat to something more comfortable even when wet. It has a non-slip silicone print on its underside to prevent it from slipping wherever it might be placed on a watercraft. I would say that it provides a firm seat, more firm than soft, which is what I want anyway when out on the water. It fits me, but I do wonder sometimes whether it is large enough to fit everyone out there. Out of the package, there is a bit of an odor from the rubber-like material, but that dissipates in a day or two. Each order comes with two cushions. Consider the measurements 15x12.4x1 inch and if that is the right size for you, then I do recommend these cushions.
