The humidor does it all, cools, heats, and humidifies accurately. I tested the accuracy of the temperature and humidity control with an external hygrometer and it was on point. Temperature and humidity have to occasionally fluctuate because the humidor has to cool the inside to regulate, but this is normal. My compressor did end up failing within a month, but the excellent customer service came to a resolution with me that I am satisfied with. If you want to waste your money and ruin your cigars then buy this. Doesn’t hold temperature or humidity. Temperature fluctuates 2-4 degrees based on the room temp. The whole point of this coolidor is to maintain the same temp when the temp changes in the house. The humidity fluctuates in 10% intervals. Perfect way to ruin cigars. Call the customer supoort number and they text you back giving you incoherent responses in broken English. Now I go to return it and they have the nerve to want me to pay for shipping!! Are you kidding me?? This unit weighs almost 100 pounds. It will cost 1/3 if the price of the product to return. Hoping Amazon does the right thing and issues me a refund so I can throw this thing in the garbage where it belongs. ... show more

The humidor RH setting doesn’t work nor does the light when opening the door. I have set the RH to 60 so the RH can stay at 67. Very disappointed. I don’t recommend. It should be taken off the market.

Had it less than 6 months. Stop working. Can not get in contact with customer service. Placed my old humidor inside until I purchase a new one. Over $2,000 of sticks inside. Not happy right now.

    • What am I missing here?
Well, I’m not a big cigar smoker; but, I like to have them around for celebratory occasions or for after dinner with friends. However, if I buy them they offer go bad before I can use them up. So, I saw this unit on Amazon and thought it could fir the bill: longer term safe storage. On arrival and unpacking the unit looks nice and seems well designed. However, the user manual is written in broken English and is distinctly unhelpful. Specifically, I could not get enough information to set humidity and temp. However the default settings were pretty good 70% humidity and 22.5 Celsius (could not figure out how to switch to Fahrenheit). So I was satisfied for about 2 weeks until it started beeping I went down and the electronics had shut down. I can’t seem to reboot it now and it is not working. I can’t find any information online.
