I could not wait to swatch all of the beautiful colors. Some colors did not quite match the color indicated on the lid especially the oranges and browns. I read previous reviews about the containers leaking. All of mine arrived with the seals intact. The gels are slightly thicker than gel in a bottle but not as thick as pudding gel. Other reviews were taken aback by the amount in the pots. I have bought stamping gels that come in 8ml tubes. I still have plenty left but wanted to try the pots because I could scrape it all out rather than try to squeeze out the last drops from a tube. I do enjoy using these but they are a lot thicker than I expected them to be. They’re pretty sticky and not very much of a soft gel consistency that would be easy to use that I had expected. The colors are very pretty but can be very different from the color that is on the container. Some of the containers had very little product in them as well. I would buy them again though, they’re good for a beginner that does their own nails from time to time. ... show more

Bottom line, you pay for what you get. I think this product is really good for the price, I haven’t been able to see the longevity of the polish yet but I’ve done some swatches and my only complaint is there isn’t as much pigment as some of the other brands I’ve tried. safe to say they’re 2 coaters. I love the consistency of them, not too thick and goopy but not too thin either. They hold up on a detail brush very well but like I said not very opaque. I’m intrigued to use them on customers and myself to see how well they hold up. Overall I think it’s a very good product for beginners or when doing shadowing or shading with designs, but for a nail tech who’s using them daily on customers for designs I’d try something else ... show more

I am very excited to try them out on my nails, and I think these will do just fine for any beginner, probably not for someone who is use to higher quality though. Or anyone attempting to do clients, you’ll run out of color FAST. They should probably come in a “this side up” package. Unlike others mine didn’t spill, but the lids were NOT on securely at all. If ANY seal had busted it would have been everywhere. The seals are on tight and don’t have a tab to pull. I would not recommend using your fingers, it’s hard and messy. use tweezers, it’s easy, mess free, and fast. I just used the excess off the seals to do my color tests. these are more like samples in my opinion, there really isn’t a lot of product in the pot, granted you do get a lot of colors. Definitely do a color test cause it doesn’t say on the pots the ones that are sheer or opaque and that does effect the color. The nude/neutral colors are the most different from what is shown on the pots. It’s not like they are completely different colors, but it is noticeable for some. USE THIN LAYERS! even on some of the more sheer gels it didn’t cure all the way. I am NOT saying they don’t cure at all, just that you need to build it up. The brush it comes with is fine, I don’t think it’s anything special, but it’s not crap either. I don’t have a lot of experience with gels so keep that in mind when I say, they are very sticky. I know gel is supposed to be sticky, I guess I just wasn’t expecting them to be as sticky as they are. I was also kind of hoping they would be thicker but they aren’t much thicker than bottled gel. Each of the colors in the picture are 2 coats of the colors (the numbers on the swatch are my own and do not relate to a number on the pot of polish). I love the range of colors, but they are thick so if you don’t already have a nail polish thinner I would add one to your cart before purchasing these. The brush that comes with these is amazing and I wish I could buy a couple more separate from the polishes. Overall a great bang for your buck. ... show more

i found that 3 coats works the best for maximum opaqueness. the package included different colors than those shown but overall it wasn't far off, just instead of black it came with white and some of the colors were different. the brush it came with actually works nicely.

I love them, honestly. They’re bright, vibrant and fun. Upon opening the package I discovered one of my colors seemed to be open somehow, and it had got everywhere. Some of them I couldn’t even clean up bc it was already hardened to the containers. Also, some of the color labels are just dead wrong. The color representations on the gel jars is not even close to the real colors. Very disappointed. It wouldn't be hard to put just a dab of the real color on top of the jar. Would not but again without a true color palate
