The "instructions" are 1 page, printed front and back. 14 pictures 1/2" x 1/2" with the tiniest print that requires (literally) a magnifying glass to read. The rest are drawings. I've seen some terrible instructions in my life, but these... I don't even know what they're trying to say. "Turning the record to the right, the ater temperature ill be cold, folloed by ater arm and hot ater.", "hen the ater flo is ler, go to aerator, clean it", "Record facing right provides aterAfrica - arm ater - hot ater, return to omeio to close." There are parts in this kit that don't seem to belong - an oblong gray cylindrical part with no hose or other connection, but three plastic nuts to secure it to something. The temperature control has three holes in the bottom : hot in, cold in, combined out - only NONE are marked so that's going to be fun to figure out. The hole cut-out in your countertop won't be a simple rectangle due to the notched area for the faucet and temperature control unit, requiring a cutaway for that area, and the overflow drain extends to nearly the width of the sink basin - it does have a 1" "step" molded into it that should clear most counters but this side is going to have to be inserted first - just something to be aware of. The plastic drain tubes are incredibly thin and flimsy, I don't expect these to hold up and am going to go buy a drain kit and skip using those included. The kit includes 1/4 turn water valves, which is nice, but one has two connections (in and out) marked HOT, the other has 3 (1 in and 2 out) marked cold. These are reversed - the valve with 3 fittings is HOT as one goes to the cup/mug washer - who would wash with cold water?

Beautiful sink, I love all the features. I did not like that I had to buy additional parts to make it sturdy (pipes). Trying to add the dishwasher line took some thinking, it is finally done.

The faucet fills like it’s going to fallout and the nut that’s getting rusted for the cup wash part other than that it’s all good but I wouldn’t recommend it I guess I’ve should have done more research and now that the sink is installed I can’t return it .because countertops is over it , I will have to buy a better unite to replace what they sent me so I’m spending money that I shouldn’t have .
