I was in a hurry to get ink for my printer. I had received notices, on my printer, that the ink cartridge was getting low. I was nervous that the ink was going to run out when I really needed to get a lesson printed. I went to Amazon in search of the ink. Wow! the price of ink is expensive. I order through Amazon because I can always get a better price than in the store. As usual I am a little nervous of buying off brand products. But this product was the right price for all four cartridges? So I ordered it. It was here in no time and has worked well. My printer excepted it with no problem. I will order from INKSUPPLY again. I got the ink thinking 15 USD was not a bad price for a reman cartage, as a new HP set is around 90 $ I open the box and replace all the old ink cartridges with this set and 1st got a message that the ink was not HP and HP could not say how good the prints would be. on the test print I got a printer error INK NOT Working. after playing making sure I removed all the tape that blocked the air flow and nothing I put the old HP ink back in and all worked as it should.

Very cheap ink and it works great for daily printing. Not sure i would buy this if I was printing photos you were going to save. UPDATE.........Complete garbage! After 2 weeks all the ink leaked out of magenta cartridge and the printer is giving errors saying cartridge's are in wrong position. Do yourself a favor and buy HP ink. You will save money in the long run.

Unfortunately, I got a defective one and I missed my returned window. The product is not working. The printer cannot read this inks chips. (Updated!) the seller reached out to me and gave me full refund. Great customer service!

I originally left a 1-star "waste of money" review. I had bought these because my HP branded cartridges had run out and I wanted to save some money. I even bought a double pack. When I installed them, print quality was terrible. I tried all of the troubleshooting procedures I could find, with no results. Finally I pulled out the first set and installed the second set. Same results. I then purchase a set of HP cartridges. Well, I still got the same results. I ran through the troubleshooting steps again, with no good results. I'm still trying to decide my next step, but it looks clear to me that the problem was not with this product. I apologize for the too quick bad review. I gave 5 stars this time just to make up for the previous 1-star. I still can't really rate the cartridges, but the company did reach out to offer a refund. With this new revelation, I can not accept it. I'll have to decide between a repair bill and purchasing a new printer.
