I have another hammock on my porch but I never lay in it because it has the long wooden boards on the end and its really easy to fall out of. The lace on this one is why I got it but it is soooo much better than my old one. The foundation is a lot more sturdy too. I'm 6'1" and I fit ok on it. I could use a little extra room but it fits me. I'm not sure why there's an adjustable height. I'm pretty tall though so maybe it'll help shorter people? The bed itself is a thick canvas material and the strings are heavy duty. The hoops on the end are awesome. This thing is very portable because it's so easy to take it apart and move it in the house for when there's storms, which I'm having to do a lot lately. It only took me like 10 minutes to put it together. Definitely worth the price.

ANOW hammock with stand was super simple to assemble. The parts were labeled and the instructions were simple. The materials are solid and strong. The pieces slip together easily. I would feel a bit better if there were bolts to screw in to reinforce but it holds well without them. The hammock is advertised a two person hammock and while you could probably fit two small people I don't think it's wide enough for two. The stand is strong and the hammock is nice but I guess I like the nylon material better. Only time will tell how long/well this hammock will endure. It's nice to look at and my son stayed in the hammock a long while. I like that due to how it's assembled that it can easily be disassembled and stored during the winter months. It's easy to move around. Overall I recommend it. We used to have a tree hammock but lost one end where we used to hang it so this is a great alternative for our patio.

This brightened up the deck considerably. It was really easy to set up, and surprisingly it seems to be really sturdy. It's really a 1 person hammock IMO, but maybe two other people would be OK in it. The hubby and I would not fit. I like it sideways like a big sling chair just as much as I like it longways as a hammock, it's really comfortable either way to me. I'm really pleased with my new afternoon reading spot!
