UPDATE Contact the company through Amazon not the card they put in the box! They immediately sent a new stand, it arrived in 2 days durring this holiday rush of packages. They also issued me a credit for the missing storage bag. The tree is absolutely beautiful it takes a good hour or more to fluff it out and make it so full, but worth it in the end. Overall I am very happy with the tree and would order it again just wish I didn't have the hiccup of the wrong stand to begin with. Just opened the box, was so excited to set up our tree, unfortunately it's like we got a used or returned tree the stand diameter is to small to fit the tree's pole in. And there is no storage bag like the description stated. I am upset that now I have to wait to here if the company will send me the correct parts before we can put up our tree and it's already December 5th... also hope they give us the storage bag as well. In the box it looks beautiful but doesn't do any good with out a stand to set it up with....Will update my review if issues are resolved. I did not pay this much for a tree that we can't even set up and is missing stuff!

I'm very happy with this Christmas tree. To begin with it arrived sooner than expected! It has a beautiful full foliage with red berries and pinecones, the "snow" is not toxic, easy to assemble, also it comes with a duffel bag and one pair of gloves so you can spread the branches without scratching your hands, that was thoughtful. Lights are warm lights, I'd add more (that's my preference) tip: if in some area the lights doesn't turn on try connecting it to another plug. I struggled a little because the plugs doesn't have a mach or number to follow. No biggie though. I'm enjoying my Christmas tree a lot because is beautiful and the price is unbeatable, believe me, I've been searching for a while. So far so good.

Overall definitely satisfied with the tree. Only regret I have is that I didn't get the 9ft tree, it is so beautiful. However, a lot of the "snow" does fall off when putting together. I definitely recommend wearing a mask and the gloves when assembling and fluffing. I individually fluffed each and every limb (top and sides of each) and it took about an hour or so. Regarding thickness, after fluffing there are still some large gaps in the tree. But once I decorated it it wasn't too noticeable. Only thing I am nervous about is when a bulb goes out I have no idea how to replace (even with the instructions provided ...) once one light goes out they all go out so I don't know what to do then. Hopefully it will be a while before that happens!
