I would have rated it 5-star of it wasn't for a few things: 1. The power cord is too short - not much space to work with. 2. The mitten that came with the steamer was a good thought but poorly designed. Nobody's hand would fit in it - the thumb hole was too short. 3. The hook on top is too small, hangers don't fit in it unless it's skinny medal hooks. Now good things, it does have good steady steam and heats up quickly so the wrinkles come out easily. I installed the board in the front of the rack so I can have a solid surface to press on if needed, that works out great. One more thing, I do wish there is a quick power on/off button, so I don't have to unplug it if I need to step away for a brief moment.

I was finally able to use my steamer today and was all ready to submit a good review. Then…I tried to unplug it. It wouldn’t budge from the outlet and no amount of wiggling would even begin to loosen it. I had to turn off the power remove the outlet from the wall and pry the plug out. One of the prongs was lodged deeply in the outlet. I had to crack the outlet apart to determine what the issue was! In the process, both the outlet and plug were destroyed. Fortunately, I had a spare outlet, but the plug is no longer useable. It appears that during the build process the plug material was allowed to fill the prong holes. The prong that the issue was stuck because that bit of plastic and wire turned sideways in the hole, locking the plug in place. I now have an unusable steamer due to a manufacturing issue. What a waste of money!

Loved this product. Steamer gets hot and held enough water to complete several garments. It removed wrinkles and refreshed fabrics. It is well made and very easy to use and store away.

Heat up quickly. That part is good. But the hose is not long enough that is attached to the steamer piece and it spits on the clothes. If you tried to use this on certain fabrics, I’m pretty sure it would stain them. Sending it back.
