The media could not be loaded. I was finally able to use my steamer today and was all ready to submit a good review. Then…I tried to unplug it. It wouldn’t budge from the outlet and no amount of wiggling would even begin to loosen it. I had to turn off the power remove the outlet from the wall and pry the plug out. One of the prongs was lodged deeply in the outlet. I had to crack the outlet apart to determine what the issue was! In the process, both the outlet and plug were destroyed. Fortunately, I had a spare outlet, but the plug is no longer useable. It appears that during the build process the plug material was allowed to fill the prong holes. The prong that the issue was stuck because that bit of plastic and wire turned sideways in the hole, locking the plug in place. I now have an unusable steamer due to a manufacturing issue. What a waste of money!
