I purchased this watch from November 2022 and because I am not from the US, it was brought down by a relative to me. From January I have been trying to get watch extenders as the watch was too small for my hand and I have been speaking with Anne Klein customer service from January to have it delivered to a US address so it can be shipped to me and I have yet to receive them because the agent keeps spelling my name wrong. He has put in the order 4 times and yet he still puts my name incorrectly. It is quite frustrating just to receive the watch extenders. I would have just paid for extra if I knew I would be waiting 3 months to have it delivered to the US Address and then it takes another 2 weeks to get to my country. The customer service is lacking! I just have a watch at home that I cannot use and was really looking forward to it as a gift to myself. ... show more
