I bought this watch for my mother for her birthday. The clasp on this watch began failing within a few months of her receiving it, as it would not stay clasped. It then came unclasped once while she was walking through a parking lot, the watch fell off her wrist, and the crystal cracked on the pavement. It is now completely unusable, and it's still only been 9 months since I purchased it. I emailed Ann Klein directly to ask about getting the watch repaired under warranty, and they never even bothered to respond back to me at all!!!

I purchased this watch because I wanted an upgraded version of my Kenneth Cole New York watch but I am very disappointed. The watch feels cheap and flimsy and has a shine tone. The clasp stick up so it's extremely difficult to close and it feels like it will be broken if you are not careful. The face is much smaller than I was expecting and it came with the battery on (don't know how long it will last before I have to replace it). To add to my disappointment the box came damage!

This watch is SO classy and sophisticated - it could work for the office or cocktails. Excellent quality, perfect size face, and very easy to read. My only complaint is that it didn't come with the tool to remove links from the band. I am good with jewelry repair and other DIY projects so I would have been able to do this myself if I had the tool. Instead I had to pay a watch store $10. Next time, I'll just buy the tool!

I just got my watch a few minutes ago and I am so happy I purchased it. It's so pretty and classy looking. It's a watch that can easily be worn with casual or dressy style. It was a little too loose on my wrist so I removed the extra link (very easy to remove) and now it fits just right. Before purchasing I read other reviews which stated the clasp is kind of hard to close when putting the watch on. I would have to agree, it was a bit of a challenge but once it's on, it's very secure. I gave it 4 stars on easy to read because it gives off a slight glare depending on the light. So some tilting is needed at times to see the time clearly. But overall, this is a really nice watch and I love it even more knowing I got it for such an awesome deal!

Was excited to get the watch because it looked beautiful and was on sale. When it arrived, I felt like an idiot because I couldn’t get it to unclasp. I couldn’t even find the “clasp.” I knew what was supposed to be the clasp but was unable to find any indication that a real clasp actually existed. I had several people who were with me while I was trying it on for my birthday, try to open the watch so that I could put it on my wrist without sliding it on. They were unable to open it as well. Through a lot of inspection and searching the internet, turns out there’s no place for the watch to open. There is no clasp. It looks nearly identical to what it’s supposed to look like except for the fact that the clasp is connected and there is absolutely no way to open it without unscrewing the watch apart.

I really love the look of this watch on my wrist, but unfortunately the clasp was loose and while I was walking my dog the watch dropped off and I’ve lost it! I tried to go back and look for it but couldn’t find it. The look is just what I was going for and I’m tempted to get another, but I can’t afford to keep throwing money away. It’s a shame!

After reading other reviews, I ordered this watch. I'm so glad I did. The watch is very elegant looking for the price. The deep gray face is quite soothing and sophisticated. You get a great look without being the typical gold/silver band with a white face. I removed a couple of links, due to small wrist. I've experienced no issues with the closure mentioned in other reviews. It's quite secure once closed. A great buy. Highly recommend. I've had the watch for several months at this time and experienced no problems/issues with it, at all.

While it seems like a great watch and good value for the money, the face appears green in the picture. In reality, the very center of the watch is a more vibrant deep green, but the outside where the numbers reside are on another disk which is angled inwards and appears grayish-green which almost made it look a little dirty to me. Not what I wanted, so it went back (I thought it was a defect and ordered another, but it was the same). Other than that, it has an extra clasp to adjust the length a bit and seemed quite nice.
