I love this piano! The sound is so rich and the keys feel exactly like a regular piano! The cabinet is beautiful! The packaging was great and it arrived on time. The only thing that could be better is the selection process for the different sounds. It has up and down arrows instead of a number keypad to enter your selection. Which makes you have to go through every number to get to the one you want. I don't really use this function often so other than that I couldn't be happier!

This is a very nice digital piano, looks great in the apartment and compact. The sound quality isn't absolutely amazing (e.g. when playing more complex pieces some notes get muted and the weight-sensing doesn't register as well), but overall I'd definitely recommend for someone who's looking for a highly functional and practical keyboard. Also great that for <$400 (given the current discount) that you get a matching bench (seat opens to store sheet music), and the keyboard has a sturdy cover and collapsible music stand. I got this as a new years gift for myself and I am so happy to be playing music at home again.

I am deeply in love with this piano!...It's the perfect size for a studio apartment...The wood is beautiful...The sound is lovely...The price was right...I know the instructions say to use two people for assembly, but I didn't have anyone else so I put it together myself and it was so very simple...I wasn't able to understand the written instructions (I never am), but it was obvious what needed to go where and they even included a philips head screwdriver which I found incredibly thoughtful...Looking forward to many hours of losing myself in playing beautiful music on this beautiful instrument... Update: Some of the keys are slightly out of tune and it is annoying that the sustain pedal is not anchored to anything...I can anchor the pedal, but the out of tune keys are another matter...I'm pretty sure you can't get a tuner to tune them...Also, I can turn the piano on with the on button, but I can't turn it off with the off button, I have to unplug it...I can work around these things, but I can see why it's often returned...I'm going to keep it, though...It reminds me of the old out of tune piano that the church gave me for my first piano a long time ago.

Love this piano, however DO NOT put the key stickers on unless you want them forever. I had them one for less than 10 minutes when I decided to take them off and the residue they leave behind is SO HARD to get off. I guess this is how I’m spending my Sunday :/
