I purchased the grey one but received the white one. I reached out to customer service and they responded very quickly and was extremely helpful. Within 2 days, I had a grey one delivered. That’s what I call fast and excellent customer service. The diffuser is very nice and of very good quality. I really like the flame effect and it’s really noticeable in the dark but can be seen in daylight. I am extremely happy with my purchase and the customer service I received. Five stars. *****

I love my little diffuser for my home office. I love how you can change the colors and it looks super neat. I'm giving it a four though for a few reasons. The remote doesn't fully work. Every I push intermittent, it won't "do" intermittent. There were no instruction in my box as far as the timer goes. Is one beep two hours? Kind of thing. It leaves moisture everywhere so you either have to put a towel or keep it away from electronics. However, since I liked it enough, I bought another one for my husbands tattoo shop to use essential oils to calm clients.

I’ve had oil diffusers before, I’m stopping to refill them every 2-3 hours, having issues with shut off times, having to get up from where I’m at to turn it on or off, but this diffuser answers all that, I get a solid 6-8 hours of run time out of the refill, the remote has great range, and my entire house always smells pleasant. It looks great on my desk, like a little mini fireplace. If I did have any complaints, it would be that the massive plastic piece for the light makes it a little difficult to shake pesky oil droppers into the reservoir, but that’s less of a product design flaw and more of a oil dropper flaw.

Works well the first time and then you cannot open the item due to a vacuum seal due to condensation. I have spent one hour trying to open this. Do not order, Amazon will not let you return this item.

5 stars for customer service. Mine was faulty. I contacted customer service and they fixed the problem really fast. The flame is gorgeous and changes color or you can set it at the color you like. High or low flame. Lights up the room nicely and sets a nice ambiance.

The media could not be loaded. We’ve all seen ads with diffusers that look like flames and lots have bad reviews. This does exactly what it claims to do which is why I made the quick video. All you do is put a few drops of oil and water and you’re good to go. The title says waterless but that’s just if you’re using the LED light. To diffuse and get the vapor, you need water. One bonus is the blue light which I think looks super cool!

I bought this and regretted it a little since i could’ve spent more money on another one that had better reviews but i will edit it if something goes wrong. So far so good. Like the wood texture and the remote is very handy. Good gift Edit: Realized the liquid container was broken had a crack and contacted seller and seller is willing to send replacement Edit 2: Talked to the seller several times and they were nice about it and sent a replacement and it’ll be arriving to my address soon. For anyone that’s interested in buying, there is a 2 year warranty and seller seems nice about helping out if there’s problem. 5 stars!!
