I love my little diffuser for my home office. I love how you can change the colors and it looks super neat. I'm giving it a four though for a few reasons. The remote doesn't fully work. Every I push intermittent, it won't "do" intermittent. There were no instruction in my box as far as the timer goes. Is one beep two hours? Kind of thing. It leaves moisture everywhere so you either have to put a towel or keep it away from electronics. However, since I liked it enough, I bought another one for my husbands tattoo shop to use essential oils to calm clients.

5 stars for customer service. Mine was faulty. I contacted customer service and they fixed the problem really fast. The flame is gorgeous and changes color or you can set it at the color you like. High or low flame. Lights up the room nicely and sets a nice ambiance.

Works well the first time and then you cannot open the item due to a vacuum seal due to condensation. I have spent one hour trying to open this. Do not order, Amazon will not let you return this item.
