The customer service was excellent, offered a refund even though the Amazon refund window had closed. The receiver/sender would operate well for non-visual related purposes where a time lag is not critical. Unfortunately, the bluetooth (BT) connection produces a very noticable time lag between a TV source and sound bar 6m away. Set-up and BT self-pairing was easy, but the time lag (>100 msec) was unacceptable in use with a TV over the short distance between source and receiver. Out-of-sync lip movements were noticable and disconcerting. If I left the source sound on the echo effect was very disorienting. That time lag is something other buyers should be aware of beforehand.

What can i say it truly is better than the ones i previously bought and to boot this unit is least expensive. The 5 EQ presets are not muddy at all and has a decent amplification to every setting i personally like the “Popular” the most, it gives out a nice rich sound with a scooped mids it sounds great that it can be a standalone. Also i like the convenience of using USB to power up the unit some might disagree but it works for my setup. For the price that i paid for and the EQ presets it has made it a real bang for your buck Bluetooth transmitter/receiver

Bought this to transmit from my Harmon Kardon receiver to my Edifier DB2000 bluetooth speakers. Once the bluetooth connection was made, the background "white" noise was so loud it made it impossible to listen to music. Tried various combinations of outputs from the receiver (tape out, hp out, video out, etc.) and both inputs for bluetooth transmission, with the same results. I am returning this.

The product looks great, easy to set up. Excellent range a connection. The only problem I bought it to be connected to an amp unit, but couldn’t get rid off of the humming noise.

The device works well, the USB port does not work with a 32Gb card, however it works great with a 2Gb card with no issues. It is easy to setup and use, it sounds great for the price. I think I will order a second one for the shop.

The product worked as described....BUT my review is for the great customer service I was given from this shipper, Ankilo DIRECT-US, and a shout out to Krystal. My unit I was sent worked just fine for a few month but for some reason all of a sudden stopped connecting. So since it was over the 60 days I was unable to return it. So I messaged the shipper as they say they will give a year replacement, which to be honest I thought that if they actually did it would take months to get. But to my surprise the replacement was shipped to me, at no charge, within the next day of her reply, and I received the new one in 3 days. Krystal was very quick to reply and stayed on point until I received the new one. So thanks again for you great customer service, that is how you stand buy your products. I will look to buy from this company again.
