Rock solid in all respects
I considered many different docking stations for my new MacBook Pro and my Lenovo T14 laptop running Windows 11. I needed it to provide sufficient power delivery to charge either computer and enough USB ports to handle an external monitor (32" ultra wide with Display Port), USB keyboard, USB audio interface, MIDI controller and webcam. I also wanted it to support a 1G Ethernet connection. The Anker Nano met all my needs with a port to spare. Everything came right up with no issues and has been running solidly for 2 months now. I can switch between the 2 computers without any hiccups. I was a little concerned about it remaining upright, but even though I have a couple heavy cables plugged into it, it gives no indication that it wants to fall over. I have no need for the detachable hub feature and was concerned that the mechanical complexity would make the product more fragile, but it's very solidly built and actually a clever design. I have not noticed any heating issues and performance is perfect across all ports (particularly video and 1G Ethernet). In summary, it works perfectly!

Fails after 5 months.
Product fails to work after only 5 months of use. Not even heavy use. Just occassional use. It fails to enumerate monitors and sticks in a bad state. The only way to fix is to unplug EVERYTHING, leave it for five minutes, restart the computer. Plug EVERYTHING back in, check, see if it worked. If it doesn't, unplug EVERYTHING again, and repeat. It is insufferable at this point. I've tried installing all the bells and whistles potential software. But even Anker's own software doesn't even have a slot to fit this Anker Nano into. I have all the software, but the thing doesn't even know what I'm plugging into my computer. I've tried agressively troubleshooting this, but it just fails. My monitors should be getting through; all the USB ports on my monitors function just fine through the Anker Nano. But not the monitors themselves. Doesn't matter what I set them to. They refuse to send and act as permanent disconnects. Worked 5/5 stars for approximately 4 months, then over the last month it went down to 4/5 stars of quality, then to 2/5 stars, and now we're at the point where I can't use my second monitors. It's not my monitor's faults, since they enumerate just fine when I send them through the multiple smaller USB hubs I have. I only can't use them when I use the 'fancy' Anker USB hub I bought. Despite the price, this is a very cost-cut item with a gimmicky detatchable front hub that's clearly sapped enough dev time to make the whole thing unreliable. I should have known better. Get something more expensive than this and with actual driver support.

Works great! Use it for my HP OmniBook laptop and 2 monitor set up
Cons: made entirely out of plastic so it feels like low quality, if something hits the unit hard enough or it falls over then the removable mini dock will pop out easily. Pros: Quick and easy to set up, works great, I very much enjoy having the key ports on the front of the unit and not on the sides or back like other docks, Very happy I didn't have to buy a separate power adapter!!! The light up front makes it easy to know when it is properly connected. Best value I could find for the cost. Note: I use this for a HP OmniBook laptop with two separate monitors, a keyboard and a wireless mouse. Only complaint is that sometimes if this unit is plugged in on computer powerup, my display settings get all funky... if that happens I just unplug it and wait a little while to plug it back in, so nothing majorly wrong, just a little annoying (but that might be a computer issue) Overall.... I approve and recommend this device!

A Home Office Must Have!
Wam so happy I didn’t listen to the negative reviews left for this device. I had to purchase one of these after starting a new company that is hybrid and doesn’t provide work from home equipment aside from the laptop. It does exactly what I need it to. Seamless connection right out of the box. And like many others said it is has some weight on it so you know it isn’t a cheap product but is very pocket friendly compared to some other devices. I am also a big fan of this brand so to be honest I’m not surprised at my satisfaction. It charges my laptop and many other devices perfectly and it even works with my personal laptops that are not as advanced as my work laptop. It stands without falling over even when you bump it. And the light on it is super cool! I supports both my monitors. So in total it supports 3 including my laptop. It’s even compatible with my chrome book.

Double blessing
I have a number of Anker products and took advantage of Prime days to secure this excellent docking station. Set up was simple and painless and now allows me more connectivity options than my previous dock. I really enjoy the detachable hub for quick trips. The dock has been almost continuous use and remains cool while providing connections to all my various peripherals. Transfer rates are as expected and a boost from my previous dock. The display is clear, clean, and sharp. The separate power supply means plenty of power for all my peripherals which was my main reason for updating my external connections. Everything just works. This is something I have grown to expect from Anker. I am very pleased. The docking station is welcomed addition to my home computing set up and I believe others will find it a blessing as well. While still new, I anticipate that this dock will be dependable and durable based on my previous experience with Anker products.
