After much research of headphone brands, features and cost I determined that this E700 model would be the best compromise and value for what I want: sound quality for music playback, comfort and cost. The cushions around the earcups and headband are soft and quite comfortable. I often wear them for several hours at a time and do not tire of their presence; pressure around the ears is light, but keeps them in place. I actually ordered 2, for myself and my wife. For sound quality I use an equalizer to suit my preference for classical and singing alike and the speakers provide crisp and clear sound. I like the playback very much. Connecting to a TV with a suitable adapter works well too. Using these almost everyday gives them a workout. For battery life, I have not allowed it to rundown completely, but have used it for over 45 hours at a time. I should say that there are two features that I do not use and have not tested: receive phone calls and Active Noise Cancellation. The ANC switches easily, but I use this headset only indoors and my house is relatively quiet. Without ANC I am mostly unaware of common sounds around me. After 5 months of use the left speaker on mine began to fail. Contacting the seller’s customer support was an easy and pleasant experience. The agent was friendly, polite and offered a no-hassle choice of a prorated refund or a replacement headset. Since I was quite satisfied with the first one I opted for the replacement. Overall I feel good about giving a 5-star rating.

The media could not be loaded. I was looking for an all around headphones and these were it without breaking my bank! The music and video/movie watching sounded really good for me. The codecs that come with these set of cans are LDAC, AptX HD/ Apt X Low Frequency is mainly used for movie and video watching and they sound AWESOME!!. SBC is for wired AUX connectivity to your smart devices, they sound great with my turle beach battle buds, music is crisp and base is kicking it. I would rates these 4 stars for being an all around headset. For gaming is great but you can't control the volume setting, the +/- volume control does not work and is set to HIGH,that's way too loud that it hurts my ear drums. The ear cups are very comfortable and I can wear them for a couple hours listening to my favorite jams. The low, mids and highs are balnced for me. I'll see if I can make a short video on them.

The media could not be loaded. I enjoy these headphones so much because, in part, they look so fun/cool! Active Noise Cancellation: Great, tho, could be a little better. I have music on on ANC but can still faintly hear the sound of my standing fan. Transparency mode is very good, I can hear myself clearly, with the music on low, I can still hear around me. The higher the volume, tho, the less I can hear outside of the music. Battery life: Good, tho, I haven't had a moment to truly test how long they can go as I use them off and on throughout the week. I wish there was an app and/or a way to see specifically how many hours may be left in the charge. Hi-Res: Great, except there are sometimes times when the mids and vocals can sound muffled. Sound is very good, generally, although, I did look into an EQ app and came across SoundID. I use that, generally speaking, to tweak the sound because sometimes it does sound muddy. I know nothing about how EQ works, by the way. lol It really also depends on the quality of the music, the bit rate and what not. Again, tho, an app connected to these headphones would be a grrreat feature to offer. Stability: I've mostly listened to these indoors and they stand pretty well, even through minor wall partitions. Controls: They are awesome! The controls were well thought out as it's easy to feel around and memorize what each button can do. Also, the different textures and tactility (this a word?) add to the strategically placed (if not, with right handed people in mind) buttons, making them a pretty intuitive experience to have. No sweat. Wear: They are sooo much more comfortable than I originally dreamed! I have another 2 brands of over-ear headphones and these other ones are not nearly as light and comfortable as these. I am very, very happy they don't clamp on hard and uncomfortable while they hold my prescribed glasses in place. Thank goodness!!! This single thing would have been the end reason why I'd return them. Well, that and quality of sound. But they are versatile. In the end, these are my favorite over-ears I own, and the other brands Cowin and soundcore don't stand close when it comes to *comfort*.

I bought these to replace BOSE 15 quiet comforts so I come from being used to a really good ANC product. The BOSE 15s have no passthrough mode. If they’re on so is ANC. The sound quality of these with ANC off is pretty comparable to the BOSE. Trebles are clear and bass is deep. However Turning on ANC the sound is slightly muffled and BOSC is noticeably better. I turned on ANC connect to iPhone and turned on the TV. I couldn’t hear characters talking. Near the water I see a high speed motor boat. With ANC on I hear the boat but at about 20% of the volume with no headphone. I think more that I should hear it. I then jumped into my little boat with an 8hp Mercury. With ANC on the motor was a light hum. I was fairly impressed. The true test is in an airplane which when I finally fly I’ll do an update. It connected easily to phone and TV. For the 90ish dollars compared to BOSE’s and Sony’s $350+ latest offerings this seems pretty good. I have no complaints other than ANC sound slightly muffled. I downgraded my review. The batteries go dead after a couple weeks of no use.
