This might be the worst design chair I've ever seen in my life. It is constructed to fail. What kind of chair presents you with a situation where you can't even touch the arm of the chair to assist yourself in getting up without the whole thing falling off? Unbelievable and totally ridiculous design. I should have listened to the reviews and wouldn't have this mess on our hands. Instead of trying to pack everything up and figure out how to get it back to where it came from we decided to make the chairs usable by using our wits and did some Macgyvering. As the pictures illustrate we have two chairs that are currently held together with packing straps. As long as we make sure that the strap is good and tight we can actually use the chairs without fear of falling and breaking a hip. I would give you a critique on the massage and heat but the chair is such a colossal design failure I don't think anything else matters. But that's just me. Find something else to spend your money on. Or when you order the chair order the packing straps the same day so that when you put your chair together you'll be able to secure it the way we did. This chair is cheep cheep cheep it’s not comfortable, it’s nothing like the photo ,it has a cheep pull cord for the recliner there is no cushion to it it’s a total waste of money beyond disappointed ☹️ As you can see it literally is not even the same chair in there photo

The chair itself is not of the greatest quality. The massage part mine as well hook up a palm sander to the base. It reclines ok but try and sit back up, there is the real chore. It doesn't fold back up. All and all would not buy again!! So I've had it a week and the recliner portion is getting worse. I have been in contact with the company and they are having me look at it and take pictures. Probably going to return it at this point. So the seller has done right by me. Very comfortable, not for tall people. 5 ft and my feet almost hang off. I say I fit perfect and love how comfortable it is, easy to assemble. I was not expecting the massage thing to work well considering the price. It just feels like a buzz not a massage. But I wasn't paying for a massage just a simple reclining comfy chair. I bought this chair four months ago, I've had trouble with it ever since I've had it. The arms on the chair seem to be unstable, I live in a nursing home, the maintenance man has come here at least five times to readjust the arms on the chair. I tried contacting Amazon, but the warranty was only good for a month. So I'm taking a hit feels like I've been ripped off. I'm going to have to buy another chair. Easy to put together. Have to use lots of energy to close foot and don’t really have a lot of energy. Seat is very hard. Vibration is okay and heat works well. Can’t wait to see brill it’s broken into. Really hard to sit on it a long time. Not that comfy recliner feel but I like it. I wish it was more comfortable for the money I spent. This chair sucks it’s not comfortable at all it small as hell masssage and heat features are nice but it’s so uncomfortable it’s not worth sitting in. I tried to return it it was gonna cost me more on the long run they reimbursed 80.00 and I keep the chair much rather had a whole refund and then have it back it’s wasted space ... show more
