Great product and very comfortable until it broke on the second day… I contacted the seller with the issue and photos. I was responded too within hours ( very pleasant surprise) they thanked me for the photos and asked to send me a new chair. After a less than positive experience with the first chair (Long story, I think the delivery company bent the frame) Anju Home reached out to me and asked if they could send a new chair as they want their customers to be happy with their purchase. Was very impressed by this as the original had already been removed and I had just written it off as a bad experience. Replacement recliner arrived in good condition and I set it up as a guest chair. The recliner has gotten a great deal of use in a short time due to a death in the family and has received very positive reviews for comfort and the footrest mechanism. I will confess to adding a touch of dry lube to the mechanism underneath during set up. Not everyone is a fan of the extra wide design but the ones who like it really like it. Most found it comfortable and a few even napped in it. The few who thought it was not comfortable tended to be a little loud about it and my impression was that these folks were used to their $2,000 recliners at home and wanted everyone within earshot to know it. Anyway, the chair was very easy to set up, just put the back piece on and seems to be holding up very well. Personally Ii like the extra wide seat and did spend a couple hours in it while watching a movie. Well, napping through a movie anyway. At about 6 ft and approaching 300 lbs I know the chair is not targeted toward me but I was comfortable and found the leg support mechanism operated just fine. I wouldn’t recommend flopping down into the recliner from a distance but that would be for pretty much any furniture. ... show more

This chair is hard as a rock and makes your butt and spine hurt when you sit on it. Imagine arm rests made out of 2x4s, and that's what you have. It is very cheaply made, and my 95 ib dog made part of the "cushion" collapse the first time she sat on it. The first time we pulled the lever to recline it a screw fell out of it...and we haven't figured out where it goes to put it back. ... show more

The chair shipped fast and received as advertised. I bought this chair for its extra width, not necessarily the most comfortable. I wanted a chair for me and my kids to sit in. It's perfect for that! It is comfortable but my only complaint is the back is too short and does not provide much neck support. I am 5'9" so a taller person might be disappointed. ... show more
