We received the chair back in February. It's a nice simple BIG chair. I have dogs that like to sit with me and this chair gives us plenty of room to be comfortable. When we originally ordered it, they sent me a message with the tracking number letting me know that it might be delayed due to the weather that was going on at that time. Fast forward, to a few days ago the material between the seat and the foot rest tore. I sent them a message via Amazon, with the attached picture. They responded later that day apologizing about what happened and to confirm my shipping address, they responded the next day letting me know it was going to ship and that they would send me a tracking number, which I got the next day, and my new chair was delivered today, only three days after letting them know. And get this, they told me to keep the old chair as well. I will say this, I have never received this kind of customer service from any seller on Amazon. A big shout out and thanks to the people at ANJ Home for handling this quickly, promptly and without questions. ... show more

It was very easy to assemble. Easy to move inside the house. Easy to unpack. Had it for a couple of days now and it's comfortable to sit in and easy to recline and sit up. This chair is hard as a rock and makes your butt and spine hurt when you sit on it. Imagine arm rests made out of 2x4s, and that's what you have. It is very cheaply made, and my 95 ib dog made part of the "cushion" collapse the first time she sat on it. The first time we pulled the lever to recline it a screw fell out of it...and we haven't figured out where it goes to put it back. ... show more

Pros looks nice is actually very comfortable. And the perfect size for what I was needing. It's really hard to find a wide chair that doesn't have huge arm rests that add 10 more inches to the width. Cons box arrived damaged and the chair has a rip in it. And puncture holes in the other arm

Great product and very comfortable until it broke on the second day… I contacted the seller with the issue and photos. I was responded too within hours ( very pleasant surprise) they thanked me for the photos and asked to send me a new chair. I accepted their offer for the new chair and didn’t even have to send the other one back.
