I love this chair, we had a little hiccup because I did not know that they send it out in 2 separate boxes, it is too big to fit in one box. I got upset to find a half a chair in a big box but the seller contacted me and said the other box will be there the next day and it was delivered. Easy to set up. It was hard zipping the arms to the recliner. It wasn't overstuffed. My mom is 98 pounds and I thought it would be perfect for her. Not very comfortable but you get what you pay for.

This product was very convenient. It shipped quick and assembled very easily (although I think I recall the LH and RH arms were labeled backwards). It is somewhat comfortable. However in the reclined position you have to engage your core slightly to keep it reclined. So it is not very relaxing to recline in.
