This recliner is obviously not in the class of a true name brand costing hundreds more, but for the price, a very good value. Sits well, reclines well, comfortable and roomy. I bought this as a gift for my father it came very promptly and he couldn't wait to open it. Pros: The chair itself was super easy to assemble and not to heavy to carry. Very padded and soft just as advertised. The color is smoother and nicer than the picture advertised I'm very pleased it turned out that way. The chair reclines quite far back into a comfortable sleeping position and the foot rest is easy to click in place. All in all I love it and my dad can't seem to get out of it!! Cons: The lever on the side is a bit tricky as you have to pull it a litter farther back than you would originally think. Not a deal breaker and definitely something that one can get used to. It's been a little over a month and the chair is still in great condition, it's been used daily for VERY long periods of time. The padding is still plump and soft ... show more

Chair looks good & is comfortable. However, caution should be used when leaning over to pick something off of the floor. My 30 year old nephew leaned over the arm of the chair to retrieve something he dropped & the whole chair tipped over on it's side. He caught himself & managed to push himself & the chair back upright, so he didn't end up falling flat on his side. I couldn't have caught myself like that ( 64 years old w/health issues). So, just a warning to others, because the base is designed with a sturdy central support as opposed to four feet (1 @ each corner), there is a definite tipping danger if weight is shifted to the side of the chair! ... show more

My grandson (over 6 feet tall) started using it right away. Really likes it. The cup holders are a really old size and fit his insulated beverage containers, Very easy to assemble -only a few minutes to unpack and set up. Well packaged and arrived in perfect condition.

I purchased the chair for my boyfriend for his birthday. After normal usage for 30 days, it was delivered 2 days prior, but needed assembly, The leg rest will not close, Nor fully extend. Breathable leather is plastic. I was not happy with chair.i was unable to return it now to Amazon per policy, It malfunctioned on day 32.
