This item was a great product for the price. Soft fabric. Easy to assemble and worked immediately the way it should. It does not recline completely flat ( most don’t). The remote is separate from the buttons on the side to recline and lift. It does heat, it does vibrate/massage but not a large amount. Writing on the remote is very small ... show more

Good comfort i am a very big man so the chair fits me very nicely, many different modes are very nice heat and message works great can also choose modes. Plug-ins are on electric wire leading in and the white and red plug into each other, these wires are located end of seat.

    • Less than a year chairs are completely broke down due to regular use.
I am 73 and my wife is 64 years old, we are both handicapped. My wife has parksins and has a scooter to get around. And I have very aggressive form of Cancer, fighting this for years. We both just wanted adult handicapped chairs to assist us in trying to be somewhat normal senior life. But both the chairs cushions are wore out, so not much support is remaining. We had a problem assembling the chair although eventually it was actually an easy process. However, there was a manufacturing defect. We contacted ANJ and they were very nice to us and sent us an exact (except for the defect) replacement chair. The replacement chair went together very easily. ANJ let us keep the first chair at no cost to us. We gave the original chair to a couple who needed a lift chair. The husband was talented with assembling furniture and after some minor metal refabrication, the chair was in full operation. Very easy to assemble! Nice chair. It is not for anyone over 300 pounds! I purchased it for my son it was not comfortable for him. Do I have it. The company was going to charge me $80 shipping! Not a good selling feature!
