So ultimately I think the animal pump works phenomenally and I felt incredible. I did take the 2 scoop 15 mins prior to workout like it said and honestly the best pump I’ve ever used. Love this product because of the pumps it gives me. One set swell. But the main reason I tried it was because it was stim free and no beta al. I drink a lot of caffeine through out the day and sometimes it’s nice to take a pre that doesn’t add to that. Not a fan of beta tingles so I like that part too. So far so good....started taking this after i finshed my other preworkout...honestly it tastes great and i feel great...i dont have the jittery uneasy feeling but still have the energy to push through....im also taking other animal products....overall will stick with pump pro from now on.

I mean not the most tasty by any means but who cares. I can’t go hardcore on stims with a heart issue unfortunately, so while some people might not think this is the Hyde or jeckle of your life, for those who avoid the hardcore stim life this has been consistent at pumps for me in the morning.

Tastes good. Works great. It gives a great pump. My only issue is it didn't mix that good. I followed the label but I still I got a bunch of powder at the bottom of the drink.
