A good friend got me these as long as I promised to take them. My kids are toddlers and I would always be sick. I took these and I had the energy of a Thor's mules. I was able to get work done like I was a fat boy trapped in a cotton candy machine. I have to say... the review are comical on this product ONLY because there is literally nothing else like it out there. We all tried plenty of multi vitamins and vitamin packs and smoothies and powders and blah-blah-blah... this is the real deal. Just like my friend, I know something is off, and then I see that I forgot to take my supplements for a day or two. Just try it. It is literally cheaper then a taco. How does that correlate? I definitely notice on the days I skip taking these. As a lazy person in his late 30s these help give me just enough boost and nudge to force me to workout. One of the few items I have on subscription. I like showing off to my kids taking the whole package of 11 vitamins at a time. I have always used this product in place of a regular multi vitamin and only single dose daily. I have used it as a pre workout supplement and just to get by without having to eat. It’s great because it doesn’t upset my stomach whether it’s empty or not. It keeps my body going!

I have been using this product for nearly a year now. It is packed with every Amino Acid you need for performance. It also includes liver detox complexes which are helpful if you are on a high protein diet and attempting to gain mass. It adds several other "performance enhancing" amino acids and chemical compounds like L-Taurine (helps to regulate blood pressure and increased overall heart health) and choline bitartrate which helps liver functions by producing chemicals to help remove cholesterol from the body. It really is the complete package of a multi-vitamin. I notice increased energy and performance while taking these multi-vitamins. I take 1 pack a day but at times I have taken 2 packs a day. I start everyday with my breakfast and a small glass of orange juice to wash these down. The only unavoidable con to this product is that there are a lot of pills to take. The previous formula had 11 pills and their most recent formula has 8. It takes a little to get used to, but it most likely replaces every vitamin in your cabinet. I was taking so many vitamins and when I got this, I pulled out every bottle and was able to get rid of all of them except for Glucosamine Chondroitin which I take for added joint health. If you are serious about weightlifting or other athletic activities this is a life saver, so glad I found Animal PAK, it changed the game for me. I've had several vitamin supplements but there is nothing compared to this. This won't make you crash, it's well balanced, I'm getting good sleep, energy to work out and I eat on time without over eating. 👍👍

These work great as a grab and go. I am trying to lose weight and hit the gym and worried that I am not getting all the vitamins I need in my diet. The only downside is is it’s 14 pills total every morning.
