Picked up an adjustable fiberglass kayak paddle like this and it’s been a great all-around option. The adjustable length is a big plus, especially if you’re sharing it or dialing in the right size for your kayak. Many paddles in this style adjust around 220–260 cm, which covers most setups and paddler heights The fiberglass shaft keeps it lightweight but still sturdy, so it doesn’t feel tiring during longer sessions. This is a great kayak paddle, designed to be useful on both fishing and rafting kayaks. It comes divided into three pieves: two shafts with a paddle and a center piece with spring-loaded aluminum push buttons to connect and adjust the paddles. One paddle shaft has five holes along its length in which to lock the push buttons at different distances, allowing the overall length to be adjusted, while the other paddle shaft has three holes along its diameter, allowing the paddles to be set in line with each other or offset from one another in either direction. The shafts are made of fiberglass instead of the typical aluminum; this allows it to float indefinitely if dropped, whereas the aluminum shafts will eventually fill with water, making it much more difficult to locate and retrieve. However, while this fiberglass is tough and durable, it is much more likely to suffer damage or breakage than aluminum. The shafts have water rings at each end which prevent water from running down their length and onto your hands while paddling which, in my experience, gets very frustrating. As well, one of the paddles has a curve notched out of it for ease of retrieving fishing line from the water. The paddles are very good quality plastic, highly durable, and designed for efficient paddling with contours and water guides built into their design. Wonitago makes excellent mid-price oars and this is a great value for any type of kayaking.

This paddle seems to be well constructed. After giving it a close examination I didn’t see any defects. The workmanship looks very good. The materials seem to be of high quality. The diameter is slightly larger than my aluminum paddle making for a more comfortable grip in my opinion. The surface of the handle is glossy but slightly rippled also providing improved grip. There is more adjustment in this paddle than the one that came with my kayak. This has five length adjustments and three paddle angle adjustments. There are pre-installed drip rings included. I didn’t weigh the paddle but it feels close to the same weight as my aluminum paddle but maybe just slightly heavier. It is still pretty cold in my area so I haven’t yet experienced the performance of the paddle shape but the curves are more complex than my aluminum paddle. Hopefully that is a result testing leading to a better design that will provide improved performance in the water. My only gripe is very minor. The storage case came with a couple small cuts in it. The price seems to be well in line with the quality of construction and is reasonable.

The feature I like the most about this LINGVUM Angler kayak paddle is it would float if it got dropped into water. I've dropped my aluminum paddle and could not retrieve it, so I no longer buy aluminum paddle. The LINGVUM paddle is quality, and well balanced in weight. It can be quickly disassembled for portability. Great buy.

This paddle is a game changer went out on the water. It is extremely lightweight but durable. I love the blue paddle end and the unique shape cuts through the water with ease. I've noticed that I go quite a bit further and faster with a lot less effort with this paddle it's easy to transport disassemble and store. And holds up to both salt and freshwater. But my favorite part about it is that it is so lightweight and unlike other paddles that as you switch from side to side run water up your arms these have guards to prevent that as well as the pole has stoppers inside so no water comes flashing back out. These are a great value for your money and I highly recommend it
