There are so many options when it comes to bassinets for your newborn. For me I was looking for affordability, travel friendly, light weight, and easy to set up/take down. This bassinet had all those features, and it came with a compact carrying case! The fact that you can rock it as well was also a major plus! My baby sleeps sound in this bassinet and I’m so happy I didn’t purchase an overly expensive one knowing he will only be in it for a short period of time. A big plus for this bassinet is that it’s very light weight. So I take it from my bedroom (at night) to downstairs during the day (without having to take it apart). I would recommend this to all my friends or new moms out there. Don’t waste your money on these expensive bassinets they have out there. After doing a ton of research for a bassinet for our second baby I decided on this one despite it being a fairly new product. I’m so glad I did because it is exactly what I wanted! The rocking mechanism is so smooth and easy to use, it was so simple and quick to assemble, it looks great, and it was easy to find crib sheets to fit. Couldn’t recommend it higher now that baby is here any we are using it. The baby sleeps just fine in this bassinet with a quilted cover. The glide action is nice and smooth. One star deducted because it has an unnecessary and hazardous incline feature, which is not safe per the AAP. Just don't use that feature if you decide to buy this.

The media could not be loaded. Super easy to put together! Took me all of ten minutes, the legs click right into place and you just button a couple buttons and you’re done - no annoying hardware.     • Can't Wash, Only Rocks if You Rock It

I never dreamed a baby bassinet "rocker" would have a mattress that couldn't be removed for washing. Spot cleaning a mess from a baby means spot cleaning poop, pee, and spit up - yuck. One soaked diaper and I'm ready to throw it away as it will never be fully clean again. I also feel mislead regarding the rocking feature... there is no automatic rocking feature - only rocks while you're physically rocking it yourself. Calling it "Rocking mode" or "stationary mode" makes it sound like there's a button to push and it will just go. Definitely regret this purchase as there are many better options out there. ... show more
