Our new rescue is 14 years old with a torn ACL in his R R hock, so he's not jumping over any fences. But we didn't have a fence in the yard of our new house, so I ordered these to give him access to a little grassy area, without having the expense of fencing in the whole yard. My husband put it up easily, and loves that they give you a rubber mallet to pound the connector pieces into the ground. Made it very easy, even though it had rained a few days before. They ask you to wet the ground, but you can just wait for the rain and then do it the next day as well. I love the stylish design, love that he didn't complain about building it, and it comes well packaged with bags and sturdy cardboard protection. We'll probably get a second set so that we can fence off the patio area beneath our upper deck so other animals don't run under there and sniff around where the grill is stored. That delicious meat smell lingers, am I right? Don't want to attract stray dogs or coyotes. I think this is a good, quick and solid solution if you've got a small pup, an old dog, or a very small dog who can't jump the 26" height. Not possible to slide under because it goes to the ground unless your pet is a digger. Would also work for babies or other animals you have, maybe a chicken or a rabbit, when it's outside. Very happy with it and hubby is too. A+ item. Nice subtle black coloring. Doesn't scream "fence" when it's out on the lawn.

I have a small corner of my yard where I don't want dogs, as they try to eat my blackberry bushes - they must taste good to them, but I hated the ugly chicken wire I was using to keep them away, because it made the yard look a little tacky in my opinion. These decorative fence panels are a great solution - they are much more attractive and easy to install - and are sturdy enough to keep my dog out. The panels come with a great wooden handled rubber mallet to install the pegs into the ground. The panels seem to be well put together - if they do not handle the weather well (which I don't anticipate) I will update my review. I think these are a great value for what they are.

I love these fencing panels. They're made of a nice sturdy metal with a very attractive design when you link them together. Very portable if ever needed to be repositioned or moved, as they're not very heavy, yet certainly not light weight. Installation is a breeze with the included rubber mallet - a very nice touch for the manufacturer to include that in this kit as I can't imagine many people would even have one in their current toolkits. I especially like the scooped top of the panels, and the additional height of just over 2.6 inches, while it sounds small, makes a difference when you have dogs that like to jump into areas where they're not wanted such as my garden while they chase hungry chipmunks. The curved tops discourages the activity. Great product and great price.

I needed something sturdy and nice looking to make a fence with around the front yard - my dogs don't wander but it helps keep neighborhood strays out and any temptation to chase squirrels into the road. These fence pieces are SUPER nice. Well constructed, nice heavy metal, and a really good height. It is advertised as a stand alone fence and comes with metal [posts to interlock them and hold them into the ground - BUT - I am going to add permanent wooden posts set in concrete between them and then screw mount them to the posts - this will make a permanent and really nice looking fence to keep the kids safe. SUPER happy with these!

I used this to block off an open space under my deck to keep critters out, it looks way better than chicken wire and should hold up better than lattice. The installation is easy (even comes with a rubber mallet, nice touch!), and the finished result is satisfying. The fence pieces are not especially large, so make sure you check out the height and width dimensions -- 6 panels may not cover as much as you expect.

I got a central AC installed. There is no covering on that side of the house so you can see the big boxy AC unit. I got this fencing to try to cover it from view. I got some artificial ivy fence covering to put on it. It looks very nice, less of an eyesore.
