Using this feels like going back in time 10 years. I was going to use this for a home assistant control hub, which does not require the most capable device keep in mind, and it could barely handle loading a simple dashboard and took a noticeably long amount of time to switch between tabs, or turn on different devices. If you are doing the same as me, or just looking for a tablet to use daily go with the 10” Fire tablet. I have owned 2 now and they are much better and more responsive than this. Bought this tablet last minute for a long flight that required a personal device to use the entertainment system. While it seemed fine (if slow) on my home wifi, it could not acquire and hold a connection to the airplane wifi. Ipad and Iphone had no problem at all connecting and streaming movies on the plane. I assume this thing just comes with a very weak wifi antenna. Beyond that it's slow and the battery life is subpar. Also there were certain Android apps that simply could not run on the tablet. I spent hours with 1Password tech support and in the end just decided that that the tablet is inferior. It can do (slow) web browsing with very strong wifi, so I'm giving it 2 stars instead of 1. It does work in some instances. But overall, I guess the price is too good to be true. Buyer beware. ... show more
