The unit is nice with good features and installation was not that hard. All the harnesses plugged right in and the unit powered up and functioned. However, there are several issues with things not working right on the unit. Going to return it and possibly try another unit just in case the one I received was defective. Here's the issues I had: 1. The button lights intermittently flicker. 2. The climate control screen randomly pops up all the time without touching any buttons or the screen. 3. When adjusting the temperature, the values on the screen go blank from 69-72 degrees and from 78-81 degrees. 4. The tune button doesn't work. 5. The Home button doesn't work. 6. The weather widget on the Home screen shows temperature in Celsius with no apparent way to change the units. 7. The Navigation button doesn't work Too many issues to keep this. Too bad because it would have been a great aftermarket unit and it is much cheaper than a SYNC 3 upgrade. Just want the Fusion to have Android Auto. 2013 Ford Fusion UPDATE: Second unit had same issue, so this is just poor product design and quality control. Lowered to 1 star. Seller offered no product support other than return the item to Amazon

Was a little skeptical but really works for my Ford Fusion! Only complaint was that it doesn’t come with the right cable for the backup camera. Had mine professionally installed so this wasn’t an issue. Definitely recommend buying!

So it’s a simple install Although I needed to reprogram the software. The air or heat was on and off and I downloaded an air conditioner app amd few things that the seller had sent me a vide needed changing They are in china I guess they answered me every evening. Now the heat or air works it’s not 100% my fusion 2013 I had to set on null. So now I have heat. I have air. Does not works like original. Lost some settings on steering wheel. But can be reprogrammed from the unit if not fixed that part. But it works and I do like it. Also something to state the screen needs a protector my dry fingers I from working hands did scratch the screen. All in all I do like it I have it on 4g it has everything I use YouTube, maps., it has its own WiFi with the cell card I can’t go back after using this. So the flaws are there. I choose to keep it I could love it. But with the minor issues I have I like it I will keep it

I would recommend that you NOT buy this product. It originally worked, and then suddenly stopped operating the AC properly. Now the "Return Window is closed." What a racket.

It was wery easy to install and has a wonderful display that is bright and responsive with no issues. All of the features are awesome and it's a wonderful system for this model of car. In the summer we use this one for the beach town and it gave it a nice upgrade since the rest of the car still works just fine!
