No instillation instructions. None. Zip. Nada. Nothing. Only a trouble shooting guide and a booklet for unit functions. A very SMALL booklet with very SMALL print. Included wiring harnesses look well made. Unit itself has a high quality appearance. Why not spend a LITTLE more, make a bigger manual AND include at least a few installation hints if nothing else? Will update use and functions after I figure out installation. IF I figure it out. 11/09/24 update..... Installed into a 2012 Acadia. Wiring was easy to figure out. Even though it plugs into the vehicle's GPS system, navigation didn't work until I plugged in GPS antenna included with the system. Probably not the best placement, but I just stuck it to the frame behind the radio. As for quality? Unbelievable for a economy unit. Functions are easy to use, touch screen is high quality and responsive, sound is incredible. Watch out for volume! I'd say it's triple than factory stereo! Equalizer is wide range and easy to use. Overall, VERY user friendly! Last off, appearance. Beautiful and looks factory. One last thing, it doesn't power off with the key out. Hopefully it doesn't cause a battery drain if forgotten to power down. I gave it 5 stars just for the overall quality, sound, easy installation, and user friendly BUT it only deserves three because of earlier first review. FOR GOD'S SAKE, PRINT SOME INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS!

It works great with subs Apple CarPlay connects easy and fast, the radio plays loud and clear, my only complaint so the reasoning for 4 stars is during the daytime the screen reflects off the windows sometimes making it hard to see the screen, but I mainly drive at night so it’s not a big issue for me. Overall the radio is great and much better than the factory head unit

I gave this thing a one star, simply because of the volume and clarity of the sound. The volume is not as loud as the original radio. Not only does the volume doesn't get as loud, you cant really tell the difference between any of the quality if you adjust the equalizer. When the volume is down on like 10, you can't understand the words, it all sounds muffled, its not until you around 20 when its words are clear and understanding. As far as the steering wheel controller, it turns volume down extremely slow. It won't go down fast enough if you get a call and decide to turn volume down on your steering wheel. I haven't returned it because I don't feel like going through the process of taking it out and returning it, waiting for another brand from another company etc..... besides I am selling the truck. Attached is a picture of how it looks so you won't think this is a competitor trying to convince you not to buy like i did lol

I bought this so I could use spotify without having to use a wire or some type of bluetooth adapter. The installation was very easy and with it's thin design, it easy fit into the compartment. Initial set up was easy and I've had very little issue with it after about 6 months. All the wheel controls work with it. Volume, seek, previous/next all work flawlessly from the steering wheel. The downsides are minimal but worth mentioning. Occasionally it will take awhile for it to reconnect to my phone. This usually happens if I have the radio on and connected to my phone, I take my phone out of bluetooth range, then come back. It does reconnect on it's own eventually but it takes 5 minutes or so. It doesn't happen every time though. My second complaint is the clock is extremely small when you have the multi screen up (GPS, music, recent destination). It's in the upper left corner and very hard to see at a glance. Not the end of the world, but annoying. The last thing, and this probably on me, is I cannot for the life of me figure out how to switch from kilometers to mph. I feel like I've been through every setting screen like 20 times and I'm either blind, or it's not there. I can't believe you can't change it so it's probably on me. Either way, it's not easy to find...... Overall I'm happy with the unit. I mean for all the options it comes with, you can't beat it for the price point and it does work well.

When I finished setting up this radio it does make the vehicle look more modern and I personally really love that but the reason for only 3 stars instead of 5 is because once hooked up, whenever I'm on the phone in my 2012 gmc acadia, my voice is no longer as clear to the listener. The mic seemed better when it was my default radio in. The pack comes with a microphone but no directions on where it goes. So kind of a shame these directions aren't even trying to be as clear as possible with you at time.

It was a cool system Ill give them that but the EQ on the system isn’t that great. I’m a person that likes to make sure the sound quality is really good. The sound quality was never really that good no matter what when you played music from Bluetooth(Apple Car Play). I had it for a little over a week the screen and everything was nice but again the sound quality wasn’t. The Bluetooth connection would like it was almost disconnecting some times. The buzzer was also very loud and there wasn’t and setting to turn it down. All in all if you really really care about sound quality this isn’t one you want. I’ll be sticking to the OEM system with the aux cord sounds a lot better.

I couldn’t be happier, installing was a breeze it integrated with my current system the only drawback was the built in microphone sounds a little echoing for the person you are talking to on the phone. But everything else was great
