My favorite magnetic strap grip

I've mostly used this on my Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7, though I've tried it on other devices and multiple cases. It is comfortable, the purple is about as true to the picture as anything ever gets, and the magnetic grip is very strong. I have never had this slip off unintentionally! Even when I hold it from weird angles, it doesn't move. But it's also not one of those ones that's basically impossible to get off. The kickstand part is also decent, I don't use it very much and sometimes forget it's there, but when I do use it, I haven't had any issues. The only issue is the strap gets worn down. It still works, it just doesn't look as great. This does not actually affect the usage, the strap isn't stretched out and doesn't seem weaker. I've used probably every major brand of phone straps and this is the least worst possibility (some tear, some start to become uncomfortable, etc). I bought another one on sale to switch out to once the messiness gets to be too much for me. I wish these were one of the ones that had the replaceable straps, because then it would be perfect. I'm also getting a Fold8, so I'm hoping the size doesn't get too weird on that (though that would be the phone's fault, not the grip's).

I like this phone grip. It takes a little bit of getting used to but it’s comfortable for my fingers. The magnet is strong, it popped on my 17 pro max without a problem and hasn’t fell off, even when I dropped my phone. It also works amazingly well with the magnetic holder I have for my phone in my car. The elastic fits 3 fingers comfortably while using the pinky to stabilize the phone from the bottom when using one hand to hold and operate the phone. The only design flaw I’ve noticed is that there is no way to keep the kickstand from opening (like some sort of snap mechanism) so it’s not opening slightly when texting or scrolling in your phone. I haven’t destroyed my elastic band as of yet but hopefully it’s replaceable when it needs to be changed. I also think it’s a bit pricey for it to not be 100% perfect. So I took one star for the design flaws but overall it’s a pretty good phone grip. My fingers aren’t sore from metal digging into my fingers anymore and I love that for me. Overall, it’s a good phone grip, just a bit pricey in my opinion. I’d buy it again if it goes on sale.

Do Not Buy! Extremely weak magnet, phone fell off and shattered my screen

I really wanted to like this phone grip, but unfortunately it completely failed when I needed it most. The magnetic connection is extremely weak and does not feel secure enough to trust with an expensive phone. I noticed that the grip would move around and detach much more easily than I expected, but I continued using it because I assumed it would be strong enough during normal use. Unfortunately, my phone eventually fell off because the magnet was not strong enough to keep it securely attached. The phone hit the ground and the screen shattered. This was incredibly frustrating and ended up costing me significantly more than the price of the phone grip itself. The entire purpose of buying a magnetic phone grip is to have something that securely holds your phone. In my experience, this product simply does not provide that level of security. The magnet is extremely weak, and I would not trust it to hold an expensive phone. I would strongly recommend looking for a product with a much stronger magnetic connection. I’m giving this 1 star because the grip failed to hold my phone, it fell off, and my screen was shattered as a result.

This phone grip is a great option for those who need a little extra help holding on to their phones. The Magsafe back attaches firmly but removes easily. It is trim and easy to tuck into a back pocket while attached to the phone. I appreciate that it functions both as a phone grip and as a phone stand. I found the stand function caused the phone to angle too far back for me, so I mostly used this as a phone grip. I loved how easy it was to slip your fingers into the elastic. Unfortunately, the elastic piece stains easily with frequent use, and the trim on the outer oval started chipping after a couple months of use.
