The media could not be loaded. I purchased this welder to cold weld aluminum sheet (0.032" thickness). I, at first, had trouble cold welding the sheet. I posted a question "Anyone know how to decrease the starting amps? Even at lowest settings, the starting amps are Too High!" An Andeli representative replied "contact us and we can customize a module with a lower starting current." I did so and the representative and I exchanged about 12- messages (6- from myself). The representative was very kind in accepting I did not know how to resolve my problem and walked me through the steps to obtain good aluminum cold welds. They now look exactly like (if not better than) those seen (for cold welding) on YouTube. I'm 66 years old and have never experienced such great help (from any customer support) in my life as I did from Andeli. Thank you So Very Very Much Andeli! This is a great machine for the money! Lift TIG does not work. I often work around electronic equipment and can't take a chance on damaging them. And scratch starting is not as nice like lift TIG not that lift TIG is convenient. Welder comes with 5/16 gas line which means u'll have to adapt to 1/4". User manual is rather useless. Controls are not intuitive but can be figured out. Why the color display that is dim and hard to read and useless in daylight? Welder does have a stable arc and pulse works well in DC. Haven't used the AC Cold welding is DC only, just not obvious from listing.

***AVOID ANDELI*** I really wanted to like this TIG PRO 250 ACDC But it wasn't meant to be. The first unit was beyond destroyed in shipping. Amazon sent out a replacement, which appeared to be unharmed in transport but it too didn't work at all... Decided to go with WELDPRO TIG200GD which granted does the same without Sine or Triangle but it's a Fantastic Tig Box!

The owner manual is useless and how to use videos on you tube are in Chinese with subtitles. All you see is a person with white gloves pushing buttons and getting the awesome welds with very little explanation to the machine parameters setting.

The short and sweet, buy an Everlast. There's also Primeweld tig225x, ahp, lotus, weldpro. All of these guys make a better machine for less. I have owned personally AHP alphatig 200 loved it, Primeweld tig225 loved it, and currently Everlast powertig 210ext and will now buy nothing other then Everlast welders. I have prime so was expecting the 2 day shipping it said but instead waited almost 2 weeks. My business revolves around having this so im more then anticipating its arrival. Shows up beat to f#&+. Boards all broken inside i dont even dare plug it in. Most the included accessories were missing. Im more then livid and now Amazon's telling me it will be 2 weeks for a refund. After a slue of disappointment I end up with a machine that works. Lackluster is generous in description. AC balance is all over the place, you think you're getting it dialed in go 5 more in the same direction and now its like you're at the other end of the spectrum. Frequency adjusted steadily but compared to my machines 200hz it doubtful sounded and performed more like 120hz. No mma mode so stick welding is out of the question unless you want to risk damaging the machine. All in all I'm confused as to why they can't compete at this pricepoint? Time to step up Andeli or price massive turds accordingly for half of what you're asking. sweet thanks guys

Machine is crap, their support is useless, they sold me a faulty machine and I'm trying to replace it almost a month. They asked me to set some parameters, sent me a video what to set, I made a video with their parameters and how useless they are with their faulty machine, then they asked me to change argon, then they asked me to use different tungsten and it is still continue. Never ever...I just wested hours on my time and for about 1k of money. There are much more affordable machines on the market with much better support and same features.
