I have had this rug since March. It is super soft and nice to walk on. I was hesistate at first since when it came it had a ton of creases in it. I used my steamer and the creases went away. My cats have their claws and they like to destroy every rug I have ever purchased. Luckily since this one is made from microfiber it can take their claws digging in it. No signs of scratches on the rug even thought they've attempted several times to destroy it. As for dog and cat hair. Since it is microfiber it rests right on top. We use a Chom Chom to get any pet hair in between vacuuming and it works great. My only complaint about the rug is that it is slightly difficult to vacuum. We found using the wand on the vacuum with an attachment works best. Since it is only a 5x7 rug not a huge inconvenience. Overall, I found it is worth the money. I like this rug it’s very soft and perfect size for my room the only downside which I should have thought of before hand is everything sticks to this material I have red hair so it really shows up on the black but that’s my fault for not thinking about that so the only downside is having to vacuum every day but otherwise it’s really soft and cozy I haven’t washed it yet because it’s not good for ur rug even when it’s washable to wash it more then you need to so I’ll probably only wash it if my dog had a accident or when I do my spring deep clean once a year ... show more

This rug is in fact super soft, but the color is off. The true color is extra shiny and has bathroom vibes instead of cozy room vibes. By the time we settled our kids in their new rooms, the return frame was passed. The rug is very light in weight. For the price we paid, the rug is not worth it. The rug was alright, very soft to be fair. However, right out of the packaging it smelled very strong of chemicals; I just let it air out and it was fine after a day. What really went wrong was when a drink was spilled and I decided to throw it in the wash, as it is advertised to be able to do. When I went to grab it the whole lining was shredded… would not recommend if you want an actually washable rug, I’m going to try for a refund. ... show more

I love this rug. It’s soft and feels nice under my feet. It’s plush but low pile, so it isn’t hard to vaccuum. I haven’t tried washing it, but I’ve washed a similar rug in the washing machine and hung to dry, it worked just fine. The color is just like the photo. It came folded up but didn’t retain any wrinkles whatsoever. It lays perfectly flat right out of the box. I have it on carpet, so I can’t speak to how well the grip would hold on hard floors.
