My elliptical does not work For some reason it will not glade anymore. The company is giving me the run around on my refund. The product ships from China and they do not give you a return label because it cost to much to return their product back to them. Never, ever purchase from this company

While assembling, I noticed a piece was missing and couldn't get it put together.

    • Not quiet at all. Says good to 350 lbs, I weigh less than 195 and this is how it sounds.
The media could not be loaded. I had such high hopes for this machine. I've requested an exchange. Hopefully this one is just defective! if they exchange the machine I will retract and give an update.
