There does not appear to be a 'user manual'. The Assembly manual contains quite a bit of awkward English, and the quality of printing leaves apparent-errors ('45' seeming to be '15', etc. Inconsistent descriptions for parts require using part numbers rather than part descriptions, etc).     • Not tall enough for 6 foot humans
I’m 71.5 inches (5’ 11.5”) and this bike is not tall enough for me. When riding a bike you should be able to extend your legs and I can’t. My wife is 5’ 2” and it is a great bike for her.

I bought this elliptical to replace an extremely large and heavy one that broke. This one is much lighter and easy to move around. It has a solid feel to it, and provides as good a workout as I got on the old one. As far as installation goes, I would recommend using "real" tools (metric wrenches), and not the cheap ones that come with it. ... show more

    • Offered THIRTY DOLLARS for my troubles

I was excited at first then quickly disappointed. Assembly began smoothly until a bolt would not slide through to the other side due to poor welding. After much struggle, the product was finally assembled. I wasn't concerned anymore about the trouble. Then I discovered it did not sit evenly on the floor because the prefabricated plastic end caps on the rear tube were uneven. These could not be removed or turned. Again, I settled as I was simply looking forward to beginning my workout routine. However, the wobbly machine felt insecure and possibly dangerous. It squeaks loudly. AND it locks when trying to go in reverse. I politely contacted the seller on more than one occasion and they were cordial with each exchange. BUT, they only offered videos and asked if I would try again to take it apart and put it back together. I tried some of their tips but did not take it apart, are you kidding me?! I was then asked to try yet again and offered $30 for my troubles. THIRTY DOLLARS FOR MY TROUBLES. Ha! I asked for a return and someone to pick up the elliptical. Still waiting for response. ... show more

Overall it's a great bike, I use it all the time. Biking while standing doesn't work either my legs hit the handle bars or the seat, i'm 6'1" tall. Really think about it does one only bike sitting down, I don't. if u want to return the bike shipping cost is double the cost of the price u pay for the bike, shipping address is over seas, china or something, not shipped in America. ... show more
