I highly recommend this mini trampoline! It was very easy to put together with the help of my spouse. The prices took about 10-15 minutes. Just a few of the bands needed to be attached when assembling, as opposed to having to attach ALL of the bands like most similar trampolines require. Included was a hook-like tool to assist in the placement of the bands, which made the task much easier. It came with a safety bar but I don't need it and didn't even assemble it, so I cannot give an opinion about the bar's stability. It also came with stretchy ropes to use for arm strength training, which I have not attempted to use yet. The trampoline can be folded back up, but it would be a lot of work to do every time you want to use it. I use mine 5 or 6 times a week, so I just slide the trampoline under the bed in our spare room. If storage space was an issue and I planned to use this trampoline often, I would probably just lean it up against the wall somewhere out of the way. I've been using the trampoline for almost a month and I am extremely happy with its performance. It is not completely silent, but it is much quieter than the trampolines that use metal springs. There is plenty of room underneath it, so I do believe the claim of a higher weight limit. I've jumped pretty high on it and it appears to be very durable. Rebounding is an extremely healthy and safe way for both young and old people of all shapes and sizes to exercise. It gets the lymphatic system moving and will help strengthen and tone both core and leg muscles. It is very low impact, easy on the joints, and an excellent way for sedentary individuals to begin to move and start exercising again. Rebounding does not require long duration intervals like other types of exercise equipment, such as treadmills, elliptical machines, and stationary bicycles. Doing short rebounding sessions, from 5 to 20 minutes each, will still show great results! Personally, I do two 10 minute intervals of rebounding 5 or 6 days a week and I've had wonderful results after just one month. I find it much more fun and extremely easy to do compared to other types of exercise. I didn't experience any muscle soreness after first using the trampoline, but I made sure not to overdo it right away. I like that I can burn a lot more calories much quicker compared to just going on a walk (which is not really an option during winter where I live). I've also read that it can help with incontinence issues, by strengthening particular muscles. But most of all, I FEEL better after consistently using this trampoline. I have more energy throughout the day, I feel stronger, my mood is improved, and it just melts away life's daily stress. I highly recommend that anyone who is interested in rebounding for whatever reason should definitely give it a try, whether with this trampoline or another. You will not regret it!

I really like the bungee type because it’s easier on joints and spine. Since I have a neck issue I researched just keeping feet on the mat does not impact the injury and yet helps the Lymphatic drainage. I found d so many exercises I can do on the mat with low impact to my 70* year old body. The arm bands are great for neck and shoulder muscles. Since I have hardwood floors, I can lay on the mat to do some leg exercises and back too. The bars help me get back up so it’s a win-win for me and I actually look forward to using this 48” bungee rebounder by ANCHEER. I weigh 124 so for me it’s great, study, stable and seems durable. It’s also quiet even on hardwood floors. I put it together myself and had a little trouble because I went too far assembling before putting on the black sleeve so I had to unscrew and do it twice. The directions may have skipped this step or I overlooked it. However, I was able to complete the entire assembly minus the first part which is opening the two halves which is what the directions show. The bungee cords were already in place so that saved time. I did not find any extra bungee spares like some other brands. All in all I think the price is fair. I really like the bar for support not to fall and the arm bands for extra strength and this seems to check all my boxes.

Nice and sturdy trampoline. Well built. Has a nice bounce to it. Think I'm going love it. But!!! Know this. It takes 2 people to put together! Not an easy task. Believe me, I am not taking this back down any time soon. Also know this. The skirt has to be put on a particular way to fit over where the legs go on, or it doesn't fit right! If I decide to store this it will be long term. It's light enough to move room to room. But storing it in the closet or under the bed won't be convenient at all. It's staying up for a long time. So get used to looking at it. My guest room is now officially my workout room until the time comes.

Love this trampoline. My grandson and I get a lot of use out of it. Stable and I use it without the bar. Get a lot of workout done in less time because it’s fun. Good bounce for larger and smaller folks. It doesn’t make a lot of noise either.

I really like this rebounder. I read through all the reviews, and well prepared, bought it. Arrived packaged very nice; I followed the manufacturer's online assembly video which made assembly easy. The frame was not difficult to unfold flat by myself at all (maybe I have a little more muscle.) All parts were well labeled. Frame good and sturdy, bungee cover not hard to put in place. 2 extra bungees supplied, nice. I did not find the hand support bar flimsy as some mentioned, but the top does rattle when you bounce, by design. I could wish the support bar was easier to take off for transport. But overall, I like this trampoline, VERY much. I recommend buying this bungee version with the added perks of support bar and bands - great deal!!!

The box arrived with obvious evidence of being returned and sitting in a warehouse for so long the tape on the box was yellow. I assumed someone decided they wanted something different or better. After close to 2 hours of putting this thing together, the very last part which is an integral part of the handlebar was defective, and would not attached properly. The manual had old (no longer working) e-mail address and phone number. The link with amazon for customer support took me to a website page with an error. I "Googled" Ancheer but no mention of trampolines on the website. Eventually I "Googled" Ancheer Trampolines, and found their website for trampolines. I called a number for customer support, but no answer. Eventually a sweet young girl called to see what I needed. I explained and she had me send her an e-mail with my issue, and she assured me she would forward the e-mail to the right person/department. After a day, I found an e-mail address for customer support for trampolines. Two attempts, and no support. The worst part is it took 2+ hours for me to disassemble the trampoline and put it back in the box. You get what you pay for. I'm going to JumpSport and pay more money for a quality product, and quality customer support. I've been shopping with Amazon for decades. This experience makes me want to go elsewhere.

This is a fantastic little piece of health equipment. It’s pretty compact and easy to assemble and disassemble, especially if you don’t need the handle. It has a very sturdy and smooth feel—no jarring bounces like spring mini trampolines, but is very comfortable. There are loads and loads of exercise videos available online for a huge variety of options. *****Most importantly I actually use it consistently!!!! which we all know is where most home excellent equipment fails. This little rebounder is small enough to leave fully assembled sitting in a corner of the room where I can at a whim jump on it for even just 5-10 minutes at a time and get an effective workout. And it’s really fun. Turn on your favorite playlist and climb on and boom! 10 minutes later you feel great about having gotten some exercise and your body is energized and pumping with endorphins. I found it on sale and got a great deal on it, but it is worth it even at full price. Highly recommend.
