Ran an extra water line over from the sink (used a dishwasher feed hose instead for proper length and more trusted durability). Pressure is high, use the self cleaning mode to warm up the water too as needed. During install though the water lines are reversed from what you’d expect. So the hot line is close to bowl which is the opposite of the colored indicator on the temp control but there was no indicator of which was which. It may be “thin” but it’s a big gap for a toilet seat still so we added some extra feet to the seat to support the rear of the seat. ... show more

Like - All parts needed were included. length of hoses. Warm and cold water. Low price. Dislike - Plastic inlet connections. The hot and cold water inlet connections are reverse indicated in the install guide , had to redo.

This bidet works for the bum but the feminine wash does not quite reach the feminine area! The temperature control only gave me hot water. And the water at my house gets quite hot. I switched the hot and cold lines to only get cold water but it defeats the purpose of purchasing a warm water bidet. In the future I will opt for the cold water only model ... show more

The bidet works fine as a normal bidet, but you ABSOLUTELY need a fast water heater. If yours takes time to heat up, it's not worth it. My hot water takes a moment to heat up, so it's really not worth having a heating feature (I'm living at a new place and ordered this bidet, prior to knowing) Also, both hoses need to be attached for it to be used. If you don't have easy access to your sink's pipes, this bidet will not work for you. Not sure if this is a defect or by design, but if I have it set to the highest cold setting, the bidet doesn't work.
