The remote did what the description stated, that it will work immediately after loading batteries. No Fussing around with programing it with my LG TV. I had paid $32 for one at an Electronic Store that was for an LG, but it had to be programed and was too difficult so I returned it the next day. I then phone LG USA for a replacement but they don't make the model anymore but have another model that is recommended, it too was in the $30 range and had to be programmed. I checked Amazon and found one that stated the remote would work immediately. I took the chance, ordered it, popped in the batteries and YES it worked immediately.

The media could not be loaded. Its been less than 6 months and my remote isnt working good. The volume button is the biggest issue, it just doesn't work well, it takes 100 clicks to get a little volume up or down, it worked well for first couple months and now its frustrating. Don't waste the money

The product was easy to set up. It was really seamless. The price was really good but I’ve noticed that the buttons are a little stickier than the original was. The kids have complained about it but it’s better than having to walk to the television to turn a dial. I think it works very well for the price and is a good value regardless.

Would not connect to the television when you try to sync it but it would change channels and control the volume and that's it all the rest of the buttons had nothing to do with the TV

Works immediately. Note I do not use voice and dislike the arrow, so I’m all set. If you use voice and arrow, you need to spend 4x more for these features
