First, I was excited that I was getting a large juicer for such a great price. Then, I opened the box. The juicer was smaller than I expected but I decided to try it out anyway rather than go through the headache of trying to send it back. Much to my surprise this juicer was much better than my previous large juicer. The cleaning and putting it together really was easy!! So, to test it out I made a large batch of rainbow juice and wow! I did slice up the carrots, turmeric, ginger, lemons, and apples to be sure it didn't overheat. The other fruits and veggies I put in as is. This was my best batch of rainbow juice to date. If you are looking for an inexpensive, yet high quality juicer, that is also easy to clean this is the one. With my chronic health conditions (rheumatoid arthritis, Systemic lupus), I needed a juicer that wasn't complicated to take apart or put back together. I originally planned on getting the more expensive brand when I saw this one. Although it wasn't the size I expected, this juicer's size is a perfect fit on my island with my other appliances. So, it actually worked out better than I expected. The size makes it easy for me to make a batch of juice for the day or a two - three day batch. From start (fruits, vegetable prep, initial cleaning) to finish (total juicing, take apart, final cleaning) was 31 minutes. A large tooth brush style cleaning brush comes with the juicer. (Although my bottle brush worked better for me. ) This a perfect gift for an experienced juicer and an eclitic juicer like me.

I've been wanting to buy a juicer for quite some time and finally decided on this one based on the reviews. It's a great juicer so it preserves the integrity of the nutrients in the juice. It works quickly and isn't too loud. Super easy to clean. I just recommend cleaning it immediately after you finish by rinsing it off for the easiest option, or use the small brush that comes with it...otherwise the pulp will harden and be a little more work to clean. The price was also fantastic. 10/10 recommend.

So as usual, I have a hard time judging sized by the images in the listing. So I was expecting a larger unit, especially when I saw the size of the Amazon box. But as you know, sometimes Amazon uses bigger boxes than necessary for shipping and that seemed to be the case here. So the important thing to know is that this unit is suitable for making juice for 2-4 people, but it is not a high volume unit so you have to empty out the leftover veggie shard frequently. In terms of cleaning, it has multiple parts like all juice machines, and the cleaning process is one reason so many juicers end up in the back of the cabinet. In particular, the sieve to separate juice from pulp is built into the hopper unit, so may clog over time. The unit does come with a cleaning brush to assist in the process. That being said, it did a decent job of making my favorite juice: Beet and Carrot with a bit of lime. Both beets and carrots are very tough veggies, and I did have to half the beets to get them into the hopper for juicing. Power cord is about four feet long and is a little thicker than most cords. Stainless with black plastic. Comes with two thick plastic container cups for the juice, the smaller one has a cutout to get it closer to the juice spout on the side. No complex controls, just an on/off switch on the back of the unit. This unit would be great for those whom have limited counter space. Comes with instruction manual and juice recipe book. Cold juice press is designed to preserve the nutrients that degrade in moderate heat exposure.

I like this product. It slowly and evenly masticated apples, carrots, really any veggies. Not so much on leafy greens and would just pop those veggies in blender then add to the ground mix. I also strain my juice before drinking and use the leftover along w pulp from grinder and mix into muffin, pancake or bread batter. Easy to clean. Parts are sturdy, well made. So far it's a keeper.

I bought this after reading many reviews that stated it was on the small side. It is absolutely perfect to make a juice or two any time of the day. It fits under my upper cabinets, it's easy to clean and assemble. As to the complaints that it's slow . . . I haven't noticed. I am not making juice to store in my fridge, I am making a morning glass. It's PERFECT. I hated though, throwing away the dry squeezing. I have started drying the carrot and tomato squeezing in my dehydrator, then pulverizing in a blend for later use in soups and stews (beats just throwing it away) my dog also benefits from the addition of vegetable squeezing in his food too (no onions though). I HIGHLY recommend this if you are looking for a smaller, affordable 1-2 person juicer. It's a little work horse!

So, we own a couple of other, larger and more costly juices. I love those big boys and think they do such a great job. What I love about this juicer is it's compact size. It takes up so little counter or cabinet space. It's effective for a quick cup of juice. But is most effective for standard juice items, like apples. We have made some combo juices and it worked well for those. I did find that my juicer worked best when any fruit or veg was chopped up quite small. With larger pieces it just kind of pushes the large chunks around in a circle, around and around. For small batch juice, this is perfect! It's really easy to clean. Long term, the middle "blade" is made of plastic, which I am not confident will last indefinitely.
