I like the bike. But once I tried to hook up the battery it said error 02. Didn't even get a chance to try it out. Tried to get my refund back but you can't get ahold anyone from this 3rd party company to talk to.

I have family and friends who own electric bikes and they say this a not only a great bike but a great buy. Delivery was faster than promised. Assembly was very easy, they provided all the tools I needed. The bike comes with turn signals and horn. My friends did not, that is huge safety plus! It is very comfortable mostly because the saddle is easily adjustable. The fat tires also make for a comfortable ride, the streets here are very bumpy and I have curised right down them. The bike was easy to assemble and has seems to be a solid bike for the money after the first few weeks of use. It is my first e-bike and I didn't want to spend thousands before I knew if I would use it. I feel I can get multiple years of use out of this bike before being interested in another.

My son purchased this product and is really enjoying it. FedEx delivered the product and they require a signature so it was tricky coordinating a delivery. I had the product delivered to the local FedEx shop and picked it up from there. Overall, it worked out perfectly! Highly recommend.
