I love the fit and feel of this accessory! The only issue that I, as well as others noticed, that the orange rim “glows orange” from exterior ambient light. You can see this while using the VR headset. An easy fix, use a wide black permanent marker to cover up the outer edges of the orange rim…problem solved!!! See pics! Peace n Blessings! PS: When working out, or just sitting, I use a small floor fan…it is quiet…and aim it at my head. The added airflow through the vents keep you cool and fog free!! ... show more

    • Big Head? Wear glasses? This is what you need!

If you have a big head then this is 100% what you're looking for. I have a BIG head (hat size 8.5) and I wear glasses. I was 🤏this close to returning my Quest 2 because of how uncomfortable it is. I first bought the Kiwi strap which was a HUGE improvement over the stock strap, but I was still getting a lot of facial pressure no matter how I adjusted it. Going from the stock strap to the Kiwi strap doubled my playtime ability before the pressure was too bothersome. But now, combining the Kiwi strap with this facial interface...let me tell you, it's dangerous! I'm now going to get so lost in VR because I am 100% comfortable now and don't need to take the Quest 2 off after a couple hours of use. And like I said earlier, I wear glasses too. Before, my glasses wouldn't fit in the stock facial interface without cramming them in. I didn't feel comfortable doing this because I just knew my glasses would eventually break doing that. But now I'm able to wear my glasses and it's super comfortable. There's plenty of room for my glasses. I don't even have to adjust anything when putting the Quest 2 on.     • Great Facial Interface and Much cleaner

I brought this Facial Interface for a few reasons. At times I use my Quest 2 headset for doing exercises. So what used to happen with the OEM facial interface is that I would get steam on my glasses and the foam would feel uncomfortable. First I find that my glasses do not steam up. Since on top of the facial interface, there are vents. That avoids this from happening. Which is great allowing me to exercise longer in VR. I use the glasses spacer and the thick foam. So my glasses do not touch the lenses. The other thing I like is since the cushion are made of leather. They are easier to clean than the OEM foam that comes with the headset. So I can clean the cushion with a cloth or wipe and it doesn't get nasty. Which in turn makes it easy to share the headset. My only downside. Which for me is not major. I notice in certain lighting. You can orange in your peripheral vision. Now, this is not bad. Since when I am playing and focus on the game or exercise. I do not notice it. But is some people may be sensitive. So it can distract them. But for me, it does not. Overall I like the new interface! ... show more

    • Great alternative to the Stock interface, but not as premium as the VRCover brand Facial Interface.

Firstly, this facial interface is miles better than the stock one. The material is soft, breathable, and easy to clean. It fits well onto my Quest 2. You have to use the thicker pad with the glasses spacer if you use glasses, the thin pad will make your glasses touch the lenses. The biggest gripe I have, is the terrible bright orange light that bleeds from the plastic interface. it basically illuminates the whole inside of the headset with orange. You will get used to it, but it definitely breaks immersion quite a but. Don't know why they wouldn't make that piece black to block light better. I also thought that with the silicone flaps, it would stop the headset from fogging up when you breathe heavy, but it actually seems to make it worse? Playing Beat Saber for 5 minutes with the new interface, and I have to take off the headset and wipe the lenses. With the stock one, it let's in enough cool air above your nose to slow the fogging. Overall, still a better alternative to the stock Quest 2 Facial Interface, but if you don't mind spending a few extra bucks, I would probably spring for the VRCover brand, as it feels like a more premium product, for about $5 more. I wear big framed glasses because I have a wide head. The original face cover was really small for me. These gave the quest2 a wider space for my glasses to fit. Very comfortable, itch free and my glasses don't fog up.

I wear wide prescription Classic Ray-Ban Wayfarers with arms that bow outward. With the original face bracket I had to push them into it and then carefully put on the Oculus headset. On playing games I did good to last 30min before getting a bad pressure headache from it pushing on the arms of my glasses. Big difference on this bracket is the black part of it is flexible like a swim mask allowing less pressure on the arms and no headache. Now I do still have to push in glasses before putting it on, but not as big a deal as they fit better. Note it will fit closer to your face, so I recommend ordering this kit with it to protect the Oculus lenses. Lens Anti-Scratch Ring, Protect Glasses to Prevent Scratching VR Headset Lens Compatible for Oculus Quest 2/Quest/Rift S/Go, Bundled with Lens Protect Cover & Lens Cloth. I would give 5 star, but like others I had to black out all the inside with a marker. Bad choice in color for the orange part.
