It's such a cute and quality mic without totally breaking the bank. I use this specifically for gaming and streaming and have had zero problems with sound quality and recording. Depending on the environment, you may need to adjust the mic a little bit on the bottom knob or in whatever recording program you use. I personally do not use the tripod stand that it came with and have my mic mounted on a boomarm. Easy to use, easy to install - very plug and play. The touch mute with the light is extremely convenient for the quick mute without having to go into Discord or the game to manually mute myself. I got this because I run several games of d&d online and needed a better mic than a headset mic. Overall despite being made out of plastic, and weighing next to nothing, it still feels solid enough. At first I was annoyed the gain knob was on the bottom, but after getting a low profile boom arm for the mic and mounting it with the gain on top. it became a non issue. The mute button on top is a pretty good thing, just needing a light tap to activate or deactivate it. The sound quality is pretty good, At least to my ears. And with the gain knob it can omit extra sounds which is a plus. Overall if you need a new mic, this would be a solid one to start off with. ... show more

Great mic for its price. there’s not a crazy amount of noise suppression but it’s not like people can hear a lot of background noise. but if you play keyboard and mouse or have a loud keyboard i highly recommend getting a boom arm. when the mic is on the desk the keyboard is so much louder compared to if it was on the boom arm. it’s a pretty big difference. with a boom arm your voice will be much clearer and much more isolated. And sound like a much more expensive mic. If you are getting this mic It is very much worth it to order a boom mic but it’s not needed at all either. basically when the mic sits on your desk it sounds like a nice headset mic, put it on a boom arm and it sounds like blue yeti quality ... show more

Pros: ✦ The quality is great. ✦ it's easy to use. ✦ doesn't require extra software downloads. ✦ The tripod/ legs are really stable. ✦ Has a good range of sensitivity /gain (you can adjust it manually/physically in the mic) ✦ Good beginner mic. ✦ mic can rotate vertically about 150 degrees. ✦ gradient RGB. ✦ usb cord is decently long. ✦ one tap mute/unmute. Cons: ✦ it's usb. ✦ the tripod/legs are short. ✦ mic will turn on (will pick up audio) automatically with power. ✦ can't assign a specific/custom RGB color to mic or turn them off. ✦ can only rotate vertically. ✦ gain nob is not numbered or has any mark indicators. ✦ picks up background noise, it can be too sensitive. ✦ MUST make primary and ONLY mic source, or else your device will use your other mic sources and pick up audio even though this primary mic is muted. ✦ NOT compatible with xbox. My only complaint is that sometimes it doesn't pick up my voice when I talk normally. Keep in mind that naturally, I'm a loud person. So to me, it's weird that it does that. ... show more
