    • Fast, geary sounding, evetually it broke without hitting anything trying to go full throttle.
So I think it's time we stopped caring about how fast these little cars are, they're faster than you can control really. The tires balloon up at high speed and that or something else makes it almost impossible to track strait. It starts to slide sideways and often just starts rolling and cartwheeling which led to me breaking the rear shock tower. It also makes a horrible grinding noise when the wheels are turning. It sounds like there's not enough grease in the diff but I'm not an expert I just know my other cars don't sound like that. But over all its a really cool little car. A little too small to race, at least when everyone else is running 1\10 scale. Would I recommend it, yeah. I think I'm going to look for something similar a little cheaper with metal shock towers. ... show more

first rc car out of 6 that didnt want to do wheelies everytime you hit accelerater (this one has a slip clutch.Very fast especially with a 3s battery.not sure id recommend for someone's first rc car but highly recommend for someone experienced and looking for a budjet rc

Battery life depends on the speed - but 45 minutes of top speed is definitely not bad. Very agile. Quick top speed. Definitely entertaining.

    • Grinding noise. Not moving.
The media could not be loaded. Great product. Super fast and durable from what I was able to experience. Though I went to do some donuts on hard dirt surface and it mad a noise like it locked up and completely cut off. I cut it back on and it makes the sound in the video now.. I checked all the gears and everything looked to be fine. I'm curious if this could be a motor or esc problem? ... show more

    • Uncontrollably FAAAST
This is an update to my original review titled "Will not bind." I finally gave up and open the instruction book and found out that to buying the transmitter to the receiver is to use a small paper clip tip to depress a button in the receiver. There is a very tiny hole with a very tiny button inside. You turn on the receiver, you turn on the car, then, you take a very small paper clip tip and you depress that button for 3 seconds and the transmitter and receiver will bind automatically. Ever since then I've been able to run this car wide open to see what it can do on flat ground. It is astounding to me what rlaarlo has accomplished within this price point. I grew up in RC and this is simply a marvelous human business achievement to be able to create this thing at this price point. Other than initial problems I had described above, this thing is so amazing. Materials, engineering, build quality, packaging, it's also amazing. Do note that once you install the wing you will no longer be able to use the case to store the remote control with a car. So once you install the wing, only the car will fit in the case no matter how hard you try. Also, once you install the bumper after you install the wing, you can no longer use the case for anything other than the bag of tools and instruction book. After you install the wing and after you install the bumper, the car alone without the remote, just the car alone, will no longer fit in the case. I do not aspire to run 3s at all in the future. This thing is uncontrollably fast if you said it to 100% throttle. I'm actually experiencing best driving experience right around 75 80% ------ orginal------ Brand new. Fresh box. Beautiful. Transmitter will not bind with receiver. Dead weight. I may have to return if RLAARLO does not help. Total bummer. Was excited about this, but it has so far been a dud. ... show more

Love this car!! I run at about 75% and it’s super fast and still controllable. The range on the controller is hundreds of feet. I’m 46 and haven’t bought an RC car in 33 years. This is exactly what I wanted. Great battery. Very tough fast and responsive. I could not be happier. Will try to find a way to add a video. If this is your price point I can’t think of a better car. ... show more

Fast and lives up to expectations of advertising claims - however - initial purchase failed to work after just a few minutes use. But customer service was great by replacing with new without any delays. New vehicle works great and customer service exceeded expectations.

    • Just amazing
Really enjoy it. Setting the throttle down to 50% allows my 8 Y old to play with it and not break it. 100% throttle is super sick. Never had something go this fast. You've really got to watch out. Don't turn when going 50 mph.
