    • if you have a saw grass printer do not buy this product
it says sawgrass 500 on it but it is not saw grass compatable it screwed up my 4 month old printer where it will not work now beyond upset with this company

    • Great cartridges- until they're not.
These cartridges worked wonders for months, and then Sawgrass rolled out 3.6 firmware and now they are useless. Not a bang against the cartridges, just disappointed I had ordered a new set to replace my last three and now they are useless. In reality, it is disgusting that Sawgrass prevents external ink cartridges from working in their printers in order to profit...kinda curious that as a history professor I teach about the Sherman Anti-Trust Act and all the efforts to break apart monopolies, just to see a company doing exactly that. ... show more

I installed this ink in my SG500 and it prints normal, but when I press it it presses only pink. Am I doing the wrong temperature? update: the customer service was amazing! They promised a full refund and were very helpful!

I was excited for the product to arrive but when it did and I changed my old ink cartridges. I became very disappointed with the product because the yellow ink cartridge was not working my sawgrass sg500 continued to say yellow ink empty. I can’t do any projects I had planned until I re purchase new ink and this ink for the printers are not cheap ... show more
